In addition, there is a closed courtyard with afternoon and evening sun as well as a front garden with morning sun.

There are many cultural activities and restaurants in the area. The home is located between Gilleleje and Hornbæk. You can walk or bike along the spectacular North Coast trail to both towns. On the house's 70 m2 wooden terrace, there is sun from morning to evening. The garden is enclosed and private and has a lovely lawn with space for garden badminton or table tennis. The house is ideally located between the coastal towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, which offer cozy restaurants, cafes, food market, shops, ice cream stalls, mini golf, fish shops at the harbor and much more.
