2ethús, where peace is still very common

Do you recognize this? Suddenly you've had enough. Get away. Adempop. Relax. You already see it all for you. A detached holiday home with garden. Not on a par. Only clothes and some groceries have to come. Wake up in the morning from bird sounds instead of that rotten alarm clock. You open the curtains. And there you see the horses walking. Almost invisible from the road with spacious terraces and lots of privacy. Equipped with a sauna, hot tub, lounge area and veranda. An eldorado for those who love peace and nature, but equipped with all the comforts that make a stay so attractive. Enjoy titmice, robins, spotted woodpecker and squirrels. This unique wooden design lodge (182m2) is located on a forest plot of 2,400m2 on the edge of the Drents-Friese Wold national park. Sustainable built and gas-free! You have a beautiful view from the house. The lodge is fully equipped and very suitable for 2 families, groups of friends and business meetings and retreats. This detached studio is strategically located in the middle of ancient nature reserves such as the Reestdal and the Mantingerveld. The hiking and biking routes literally start at your doorstep! Enjoy the garden, the luxurious bathroom, the BBQ and the large comfortable bed. Take a nap in the hammock, roll out a yoga mat, or go to the nearby sauna. We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was founded in 1899 and lifted in 1945. This railway is now a nice walking path! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and a private entrance for up to 6 people. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.
