Luxury summer house in the first row with its own bathing jetty

This romantic summerhouse is located in the first row to the beautiful Swedish archipelago on the cliff island of Orust. With a view of the calm sea and with its own jetty, it is difficult to find a more idyllic location. The house is completely renovated with a large, luxurious bathroom and a large wooden terrace. Everything is in perfect condition. Here you will stay out in the middle of nature, only surrounded by the forest and the sea. Grab a bottle of wine and the one you love under your arm. It's hard not to fall in love - both instead and with each other.

Nice bike and hiking trails. 10 minutes to Ljungskile, torp and Uddevalla c. 30 minutes to Näl, Trollhättan. Bicycle distance to Uddevalla c 6 km. Good bus connections to Uddevalla and Ljungskile. Here you have 200 meters to the sea, 4 km to Torp Shopping Center, 9 km to five-star camping with pool, water slide, sandy beach, high altitude track and hiking trails. If you want to visit the gems of the west coast, you will reach Kungshamn, Smögen, Grebbestad and Lysekil in less than an hour. The apartment has two outdoor seating areas with sea view and there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill. A small football field is also available just outside.

Cozy and stylish Attefall cottage with sea view

Newly-built Attefall cabin with all the comforts and high speed wifi! In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Directly outside is parking and here you will also find the path down to the jetty and the sea. Sunset bench. Welcome!

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Beautiful apartment with sea view in wonderful Ammenäs just outside Uddevalla. It is a quiet residential area with a two-minute walk to the sea and barbecue area. About 15 min drive to shops and restaurants. The apartment is built on top of a garage with its own entrance. It is possible to borrow a kayak at no extra cost. During the summer season, you can also go on the popular archipelago boats to various places. Cleaning can be added for an additional charge.
