The accommodation is super comfortable, and the garden is superb, very suitable for children. After 2 weeks in Roberto's apartment I can only be positive about the whole picture. First of all I have to mention the great view over the sea, the swimming pool and the small beaches. But what we especially liked was the peace. What a nice place to stay! The apartment itself fully met expectations, and those were already positive. Breakfast with the newly risen sun is also wonderful. The explanation upon arrival in the beautifully cleaned apartment was good, complete and cozy. My compliments. The box with cookies was also very much appreciated and underlined the friendliness. As a host I have experienced Roberto as very pleasant. His enthusiasm and completeness in reporting is infectious. We have received a lot of nice tips about local sights and places to eat and despite the fact that we have been on holiday on this coast for years, there were also a few nice new ones for us. Thanks! A bit shorter: highly recommended!

Such an amazing place. This was our second stay here and we will definitely be back in the future. Such a gorgeous pool to swim in and our little girl loved the jacuzzi and exploring the grounds. Lovely to be able to cook outside and relax in the outdoor living area in the evenings. Lots of lovely local villages to explore too. Vannina is a great host and very responsive to messages.

We had a great time at this place! The setting is simply beautiful, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The jacuzzi is a real plus, and perfectly maintained. Breakfasts on the terrace in the sun are very pleasant, a real joy to start the day. And what a pleasure to have been able to observe the horses right next to the rental, it adds even more charm to the place. A soothing and exotic experience. I would highly recommend it!

A villa where when we walk through the front door, we already feel at home :) everything is done, so that we feel good. Everything is planned down to the last detail, nothing is missing. The villa is really located in an exceptional place. Perfect communication with the host or co-host. The host was very accommodating whether for the check-in time or the check-out time. I'd recommend it without a second thought. Nothing to say but: perfect.

Karine's place is amazing! Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location is perfect, everything important is within walking distance. The super communication with her was also special, she gave us good recommendations for the area and she responded very quickly. She was also very flexible regarding our stay. It is worth mentioning that we even received fresh towels during our two-week stay. Check-in was very straightforward and we were even greeted with cold and very high-quality drinks. Thank you Karine, we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay with sandrine. Had a nightmare finding the property but that was because we were arriving super late and the sat nav didn’t seem to know where it wanted to send us. The house itself is large with all amenities - it’s not flash but a lively rustic property that was perfect for what we wanted. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures which was a bonus and the box of equipment for the pool other games was just amazing. There’s everything you could need at the property and we had such a lovely time there. Thank you so much for such a wonderful break.

Quiet accommodation in a beautiful setting, a beautiful swimming pool, the setting is perfect for visiting and resting. The accommodation is even better in person than in the pictures, cool, super well insulated. Thanks to Vincent and Gérard for hosting us with my dog. I recommend the place.

We had a very special short break at Zillah’s place. Valbonne is quintessential French: packed with independent boutique shops and restaurants with plenty of outdoor seating. Despite being an obvious tourist destination, it felt pleasantly ‘local’ as well. Our neighbours were very friendly and it was lovely to see the children playing in the street while parents and grandparents sat and chatted. The house itself has a small footprint but plenty of space over three floors. The main bedroom is particularly handsome, although the second bedroom has no windows, which would not suit everyone. The top-floor bedroom is open to the spiral staircase so privacy is a bit limited, but not a problem if you know all your fellow guests well! 😁 The roof terrace was a treat and a perfect spot for crémant and crevettes at the end of the day! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

The accommodation was right above the restaurant, so the accessibility was good. However, it was a pity that there was an entrance door between the dining tables, so we had to go out between people. And the stars were really visible at night, so it was a romantic accommodation.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! There were eight of us and we were completely satisfied! Everything went smoothly – the contact was very friendly and uncomplicated. The heated pool area was a particular highlight. We will definitely be back – thank you for a great stay!

A Fantastic Holiday Spot with Exceptional Hospitality! Our experience at this vacation rental was simply fantastic. The cottage is beautiful and fully equipped. The air conditioning, the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, and the lovely swimming pool – everything is perfectly arranged. The serene surroundings offer a haven of peace, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Additionally, there are plenty of fun activities to do in the area, providing the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. However, what truly makes this place special are the hosts, Mireille and Christian. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and they certainly succeeded. We will definitely be returning!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

Great house, amazing view and surroundings. It is a steep climb up to the house, regardless if you walk or go by car, but it is well worth the effort. We were 8 and had lots of space and comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the nice kitchen, the heated pool (late October), and the pingpong table.

We spent a great week with two families in Fabienne's great house. The house is wonderfully quiet, very tastefully decorated and almost even more beautiful than in the photos. There are many areas where you can sit and retreat and very nice large tables both indoors and outdoors where you can sit and eat very well for eight. There is a large gas grill that works very well and the entire kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with Fabienne was straightforward and very friendly. She gave us tips for the area and was always available. We will be happy to come back!
