Beautiful Place! Would love to stay again anytime!

My favorite experience on Airbnb so far and by far! Nothing wrong with any of my previous hosts really but Sharon just outdid them in terms of hospitality, through and through. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable about Winnipeg, respectful of my personal space, friendly, chatty and empathetic. I enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen quite a bit. The bathroom was always clean. When something stopped working (like the coffee machine), Sharon made sure it was fixed within a day. The company of Mr Mojo and Marley I enjoyed quite a bit too! There are many shopping places within walking distance. Neighbors are super friendly. Bus 33 will take you downtown within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to book it again.

I had a comfortable stay. The area is convenient, every bus you need is in front of this listing. It's a busy area, so be aware you will be hearing sirens during the day and night but thats typical of busy areas. The building has great security measures, and is very clean. The apartment is very modern! it comes with it's own washer + dryer as well.

It was very private and peaceful, barely saw anybody so it’s an introverts paradise. Overall very cozy place to stay, a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Convenient.

It was a perfect location close to the hospital for us. The home was very clean and great open concept. Very comfortable bed and linen and good quality towels. Tynesa was a great host!

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!

Excellent location and well described! Very good spot if you’re doing anything in downtown Winnipeg. Communication was fast and easy, even when there was a little hiccup. Would highly recommend this place.

Curtis's place worked great for my husband and I as a comfortable, cozy home base. It’s located centrally within Winnipeg; we were within a short walking distance to Osborne Village, with has lots of restaurants, stores, groceries, etc. available, but also not far from downtown, the Forks, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was a plus too. Curtis himself was communicative and gave clear, easy instructions for entry. Great value space.

It was a great stay very clean had some issues on the first few nights but with mavens great communication they got resolved:) would stay again, also provides all the basic necessities if you forget something at home !

The location of the house is very convenient. There are plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The landlord's check - in instructions are very helpful. During my stay, I found the building to be very quiet. I highly recommend it for short - term trips.

felt like a home away from home, the surrounding community was wonderful and a great walking distance from the place to Superstore. the host was so welcoming and quick response. I look forward to staying there again.

Exactly as advertised, responsive hosts, full of amenities, good amount of kitchenware, cozy spot for 1 to 2 people. Small Batchelor suite. Good air conditioning and air quality. Comfy bed. Would recommend and would stay again.
