Condo vacation rentals in Downtown, Winnipeg

This place was a safe haven in downtown Winnipeg. Close to the area, convention centre and offices. Great alternate from the big box chain hotels. I recommend this place for the business or leisure traveller.

The place was the perfect size for the two of us and it was well equipped for our stay. We happened to be in town for the Stanley cup playoffs and the room looks down on the stadium. The party was pretty lively/loud when they won. Not the hosts fault but it was a bit noisy.

Conviently located across from the Canada Life Centre where the Jets play, this condo is well known in Winnipeg. The building is well run with security at night, and the unit had a great layout. This Airbnb had everything needed such as kitchen utensils, coffeemaker, laundry and dishwasher supplies, soaps and shampoos, blow dryer, etc. The bedroom has a blackout curtain which I so appreciated.

This was a spacious space for 4 adults. We enjoyed walking to restaurants in the neighbourhood, and the location was accessible for other places we needed to go.

The unit was exactly as advertised, clean, cozy and fully equipped. The neighborhood was really quiet i had a the best sleep wich is important . Its one of the best Airbnb ive stayed in winnipeg . I definitely recommend :)

Wonderful stay at Francis' quiet, clean, and very comfortable apartment. Excellent communication all along, making the visit stress-free. Good location, with everything (Polo Park, The Forks, U of Manitoba) not more than 10 minutes away by car. Restaurants, groceries, etc within short walking distance. Would stay again, thank you, Francis!

It was a perfect location close to the hospital for us. The home was very clean and great open concept. Very comfortable bed and linen and good quality towels. Tynesa was a great host!

We had a great time staying here! The place is in a bit of transition, as the owner appears to be doing a few upgrades, but nothing that was too much to overlook. We loved the area and loved exploring the area. Thanks Marco!

I love Winnipeg because of Donovan’s place. When we arrived Winnipeg airport for the first time, we knew that we landed on the moon. I was worried about the -18’C on March, but as soon as we entered Donovan’s place, it cleared all worries in the world. The place is huge, well protected, and very warm! Outside cold wind turned into fresh crisp air! Everyone in Winnipeg was indeed “Friendly “. Every building that we entered was so warm. Great place, friendly people, I love Winnipeg.! Thank you Donovan! Worth every dollar! Recommend for all!

The location of the house is very convenient. There are plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The landlord's check - in instructions are very helpful. During my stay, I found the building to be very quiet. I highly recommend it for short - term trips.

felt like a home away from home, the surrounding community was wonderful and a great walking distance from the place to Superstore. the host was so welcoming and quick response. I look forward to staying there again.

Exactly as advertised, responsive hosts, full of amenities, good amount of kitchenware, cozy spot for 1 to 2 people. Small Batchelor suite. Good air conditioning and air quality. Comfy bed. Would recommend and would stay again.
