We had a lovely family weekend in this spacious apartment, with a beautiful view of the beach and the beautiful buildings of Houlgate. Everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (playground, shops, parking, train station, etc.) Very well equipped and well arranged. Very well located apartment right next to the sea, Promenade Marcel Proust, restaurant Le Biquet's, city center within walking distance. The small garden is a plus for lunch outside and our dog was happy. Very responsive host and very clear information. Clean apartment. Would definitely stay again. We recommend it +++

Had a lovely stay at Nicolas's. When I arrived, Nicolas had left something to eat, nice touches. The bedding is of good quality as well as the linens. He was responsive during our various exchanges. The place is 20 m from the main street. The accommodation is easy to access and very well equipped. Not having to look for a parking space is a luxury. Very nice apartment with an amazing view to the sea! Incredible sunsets to admire from the inside. The beach is literally right across from the apartment exit. This one is very well-equipped, the bedding is excellent and the cleaning is impeccable. I highly recommend it!
