The place was lovely and close to several restaurants and museums. Though I didn't get to use much of the provided utilities/spaces since I was mostly in the area for business, my wife enjoyed the space. Would highly recommend and try out again in the future.

The home was beautiful and well-maintained. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and the owner was very proactive, giving us clear check-in and check-out instructions, directions, and recommendations

This was a great location to spend our first KU graduation weekend. Easy to access restaurants, cocktails and all of the festivities! The place was clean with great mattresses. The kitchen could have more bar ware and dishes. Also, the entire town jacks prices up to the point of being obscene, it’s not this individual air bnb but the area in general, which is frustrating. Overall a great weekend!

Enjoyed our stay at Fernando's place. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Nice decor. Felt safe. Located on a busy street so there is traffic noise. Using a fan helped. Close to downtown shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Space was great for my family and the property very clean. We enjoyed the easy access to the walking trail and the convenience of grabbing a coffee and burrito from downstairs. Train noise was the only complaint, but we knew that during booking. Next time if we make another stay, we will bring an air purifier to help with some white noise. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s graduation! Everything was so nice. It was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Blaine was a wonderful at communication. I highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

We absolutely loved our stay with Benjamin! My family came to Lawrence for graduation weekend, and it was perfect for our stay. There is construction happening a street over, and Benjamin was great about giving us a heads-up/instructions on how to get around. The unit was easy to find as it has a distinct entrance marker (I'll let him tell you, when you book for privacy). The space is actually a bit larger than it looks; plenty of room for the five of us who stayed. Since we noted that we would have five of us, he made up the sofa-bed in the second bedroom in advance (not shown in photos). This was very relieving! Everything was very clean. The location is SO walkable. I cannot overstate this. We were able to walk to restaurants/shops on Mass Street multiple times over the weekend. The farthest walk I think was 12 mins, and it is all flat, so very easy. Thanks again, Benjamin! You made graduation weekend cozy and worry-free :)

This was an excellent space to host a family, and it was conveniently located on 6th street. Very private and peaceful surroundings as it was located just far enough off the street to be both convenient and very quiet! The bedding was quite comfortable, and the kitchen had exactly what we needed to make the stay work for our trip. The bathroom was well stocked with the amenities we needed, and the iron was a nice bonus as we ended up needing to iron a couple of things that got wrinkled on the trek up. Highly recommend!!

Nice location with plenty of shops and store near by. Very clean on the inside.

Kore’s place was exactly like the pics! We were right on Mass street in downtown Lawerence which made everything very accessible! Only thing I can say is that there are 25 stairs to get into the apartment (yes I counted) and if you have bad knees or accessibility needs this may not be the place for you. Other than that would recommend this place 100x’s over! Thank you!

I usually don't leave reviews, but in this case I have to. If you're on the fence about booking here, it's time to get off the fence! This place is the perfect getaway for somebody who needs time outside the city with city things within reach. The hosts are truly kind people and do not take those who rent the space from them for granted. If I come back to the area, I will absolutely be back.

This was a great location for our family to stay for KU graduation. There was lots of room to spread out. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We would recommend this apartment.

Great location, less than a mile walk to KU campus. Right around the corner to Dillons and very close to many restaurants. Neighbors were quiet.

It was a nice long term stay! Joy is super responsive and helpful. Clear instructions and good communication throughout our stay. We liked the comfortable queen bed and absolutely loved the view of downtown Lawrence and KU campus! Can’t beat this amazing view and location! A cute space in a secured building across the street from great restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Joy!

Great location for KU visit while having all the perks of Mass St. shops/restaurants/shopping steps away. Fun garage door open concept was perfect on a spring day and the Saturday farmers market right outside was a pleasant bonus. Once we mastered the parking app, things simplified- but it was a bit confusing at first as the app was having some technical issues with location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and host was quickly responsive with some TV issues we had. We would definitely stay at The Happy Hawk again.

Second time staying here and was as fabulous as the first time. Great hosts, great location, great space!

We came to Lawrence to visit our daughter. This place was perfect for lounging in the evenings- family game night, movies, time to catch up. The couch is a pull out, so plenty of space. Darling Farmer’s Market in the parking lot Sat. mornings. Great location! We plan on booking again!
