We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Welcome! Independent house in a large property, in the middle of the agricultural plain, south of Montélimar. Small cozy space, not attached, discreet and quiet close to town and major highways (A7 south exit no. 18, 10 minutes away). A single room beautifully decorated with all comforts, toilet, shower, toilet area, dining area and TV, new double bed... an atypical place full of charm!

Located directly in the center of the village, you will appreciate the proximity to the castle as well as the restaurants and shops as you walk through the heart of this tourist village of Grignan, now on the list of the most beautiful villages in France.
