Tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Gastgeberin, super Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Wiener Innenstadt, tolle Lage auch für Fahrradtouren entlang der Donauinsel oder in die Stadt (weltklasse Radlwege!). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! 😊

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation mit Ksenya war reibungslos und hat super funktioniert. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt auch über einen Espressokocher. An die Schlafsituation mussten wir uns etwas gewöhnen, da das Bett ein Schlafsofa ist und man sehr tief am Boden liegt. Das hatten wir aber vorher bereits auf den Bilder gesehen, somit alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist toll - direkt an der Donauinsel. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt ist super - fast direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, durch die man gleich zur Bahnstation gelangt (An der Bahnstation gibt es ebenfalls ein Parkhaus, in dem man sein Auto günstig parken kann). Von dort ist man sehr schnell in der Stadt.

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und der Ausblick vom Balkon hervorragend. Die Ausstattung ist super und die Couch im Wohnzimmer sehr bequem zum schlafen. Wir hatten vorab keine Informationen zu dem Garagenschlüssel, Rasheed hat auf unsere Anfrage vor Ort aber sehr schnell geantwortet und so geholfen! Wir würden die Unterkunft in jedem Fall wieder buchen! Vielen Dank Rasheed

The apartment is in a local residential area which is very quiet and perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. I did not spend much time in the apartment but everything there was fantastic. I loved the bed especially as it reminded me of a James Bond movie from the 70s. Franz was an excellent host who even picked me up from the tram on my first night. Lovely man!

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein sehr schöner Garten, in dem Frau den Stadttrubel hinter sich lassen kann. In wenigen Minuten ist man an der Donau, mit ÖV schnell in der Stadt. Alles ist stilvoll und schön eingerichtet und Küche gut ausgestattet. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ich war schon öfters in der Unterkunft und muss sagen, Konrad ist sehr aufmerksam und kümmert uns gut um seine Gäste. Als Location für ausgefallene Stunden ganz gut und günstig und völlig unkompliziert. Einkauf (Billa) ganz nah, auch andere Shops und gleich daneben ein sehr gutes Wirtshaus. Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

Arrived about midnight but they still waited and helped us to check in.The place is very close to downtown and metro station which is really convenient.You can find basically everything necessary here.Thanks so much for holding.We had a very nice conversation:)

Nos espero porque nos perdimos con el transporte público, pero nos ayudó en todo momento. Todo muy bien si vais a pasar un par de días, el único fallo la ducha que estaba la puerta regular, pero nada importante. Gracias!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal über Airbnb gebucht und es war gleich ein Glückstreffer. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin herzlich begrüßt und sie gab uns gleich viele Tipps für Aktivitäten und Kulinarik für die unmittelbare Umgebung. Das Gästezimmer ist sehr groß, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Als Welcome Drink gab es von unserer hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin einen eingekühlten Wein. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr und einen Kühlschrank für Getränke. Das Badezimmer ist neu und es gibt einen großen Garten, wo wir die Stille am Abend genießen konnten. Zum Donaualtarm sind es wenige Schritte und wir konnten uns von der Gastgeberin 2 Stand-up Paddel Boarde ausleihen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft ist ideal für viele sportliche Aktivitäten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir (Familie mit zwei älteren Jugendlichen) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt am Ende der Sommerferien. Besonders hat der Garten zur grünen Aue und das SUP-Fahren gefallen. Die Mitbewohner (Katzen, Meerschweinchen) waren uns schnell liebevoll vertraut. Die Lage mit Nähe zur Donau, zum Kloster, zu den Weinbergen und zu all den Annehmlichkeiten, die Wien zu bieten hat, ist hervorragend.

Der Kamin lädt dazu ein, den Abend gemütlich davor zu verbringen. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos, und die Anweisungen waren klar und deutlich. Benny hat uns zuvorkommend und mit viel Wiener Charme die Wohnung und die Umgebung gezeigt. Wir fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist sensationell gelegen (Nahe U-Bahn und Donaustrand mit vielen Bars und Restaurants). Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber, gemütlich und was wir während unserem Aufenthalt sehr schätzten (Aussentemperatur zwischen 30 und 35 Grad): Sie hat eine Klimaanlage. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Wien sind werden wir gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
