The short stay was awesome. The host is incredibly responsive and accomodating, always ready to assist. The unit itself is clean, and to top it off, with perfect horizon line.

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We enjoyed our stay here. It would have been nice to have the kitchen and living room areas with AC but at least they provided a fan. The bedrooms had AC which was nice and cool. Loved having a kitchen and refrigerator! Cielo was very helpful and responsive.

Worth the price. The unit is clean and almost complete with the things needed for our stay. Owner is responsive and was able to accommodate our late notice request. Gave clear instructions too. Thank you!

Host Nicky is very responsive and attentive to our needs, we encountered issues during check-in; but he was able to sort it out in a timely manner. The property itself was comfy and feels like home, complete kitchen utensils is provided. The house looks neat, and cleaned properly. The Graham Bar was delicious, we selected Mango flavor. We'll surely comeback to taste the Oreo Mango Graham Bar. We're looking forward for new flavors of your Graham Bars :">>.

We had such a wonderful stay at Maver Lodge! The place is super neat, cozy, and very well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Josie, the owner, who is truly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met. She allowed us to check in earlier than the usual schedule, which was incredibly helpful. Even when we accidentally broke a few things during our stay, she didn’t charge us for it and handled the situation with so much grace and understanding. It’s rare to find a host as generous and welcoming as Josie. We definitely recommend Maver Lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. We’d love to come back again!

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

Another standout feature is how fresh and pleasant the place smells, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Lastly, the host is very accommodating and ensures a smooth and pleasant stay. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

They are very easy to communicate with. The view from the balcony is superb, especially at sunset. They went above and beyond in accommodating my requests. Thank you, Sir Dave and Ms. Melody. I will definitely recommend your home and book again.

My parents had a good stay, this is a good place with great location

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂
