This place is exactly as described: “Absolutely heavenly”. While the condo is just a bit off the beaten path - you can’t walk to any restaurants or stores - the setting and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The rooftop terrace can only be described as incredibly amazing. The condo is very well maintained, very close to the airport, close to all of the main beaches in Puerto Plata., and there are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive. However, my primary reason for sharing this review online is to share with any potential renters that there is a hidden gem located just a few minutes from this condo. That hidden gem is Playa Alicia. While there are many beautiful beaches in Puerto Plata, this one small beach is awesome. On a map you will note that it is just to the east of Sosua. It is a much smaller beach, very intimate, the water is crystal clear, and there are no rocks. As a traveler this is the kind of information I appreciate the most.

This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

The apartment was just as described. A beautiful place in a beautiful area. The beach is just steps away and it’s close my many restaurants and bars in Av. Alemania. There is some construction around, but thats just everywhere in Punta Cana these days. It was never loud, and most work was done by sunset, so it was quiet at night. The hosts were responsive and good at handling any questions I might have had. Overall a great experience in Punta Cana!

Everything was excellent, as in the photos, very good location in the colonial area. Large balcony area, lots of amenities. The only thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is on a third floor and to get there you have to climb some narrow spiral-like stairs.

I came to Punta Cana for a 5 day vacation and had a great time. the condo was just like the pictures and very spacious and beautiful! right in the heart of the town down the street from the beach truly a perfect location. Nathalie was very responsive and very helpful even giving recommendations for restaurants and excursion which. We had a blast doing all the recommendations! 10/10 would come back she was a wonderful host! :) (just a disclaimer that there is a restort near by that plays loud music so if you want a quite place might not be for you)

Cesc's apartment is spacious, cozy, and has the best views of the Capcana Marina. It is carefully conditioned, and has everything you need for a fabulous holiday. The best thing is that you are just a short walk from everything, API Beach, with its Restaurant Maralia, pizzerias, cafes, beauty salon, and everything you need. I highly recommend it because it is a host that stays in communication. Isa is a great ally, she facilitates your entry and exit. Agua's house is a true gem: in a quiet garden it is located with its veranda five minutes from the beach and restaurants, bars, beach clubs and a mini market are just around the corner and yet you have the feeling of being secluded. The amenities in the house are great. You'll find everything you need. The accommodation is clean, lovingly decorated, and has enough air conditioners and fans if you want to cool off. Agua is a totally open, friendly and likeable host. She was very proactive and I immediately felt comfortable with her. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

This home was just like the pictures. Comfortable, beautiful and had everything you could need away from home. The extra games and pool toys were a huge bonus due to traveling with my 1 and 4 yr old. There were enough towels and linens. The washer and dryer made coming home with clean clothes a plus! The pool and amenities were great. This is a perfect home for a family! One con was trying to locate the home. The streets do not have names and even security was a little stumped on how to locate the exact unit. Getting to the location was a breeze, but finding the correct unit once there was a bit tricky. However, the host was responsive, and guided us to the home. There were small mini markets close by but we went to La Romana ( a city about 30 minutes away) to go to Jumbo ( similar to a small Walmart) to get our food and essentials since we were visiting family there anyway. Overall great stay and we will be back!! You will need a car to get around but beaches and activities are close!

Rafi was an amazing host with an amazing apartment. This is my 3rd time staying with Rafi. However, due to some initial safety issues in the apartment, he and his team was able to accommodate me at another location which was similar to the original apartment, but was closer to and with better views of the monument. Stores, restaurants and bars were also close. The apartment had all of the amenities that I wanted in the original apartment. In addition, Rafi and his team was very responsive and proactive in making sure that I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend staying at Rafi's place!!
