It has everything you need for a good stay, linens, towels, utensils, good Wi-Fi and etc. It is very well located, close to Rua do Lazer, supermarkets, a wine shop, snack bars and a pharmacy. Nildo was an excellent host, attentive, polite and always with good tips on what to do, I recommend it.

The apartment is well located, easy access, well maintained and clean, with towels and sheets all clean and smelling, and with some pampering, easy parking garage, owner Ricardo responded quickly when asked, only to change the control of the garage gate that was failing, and quickly resolved. The apartment is well organized, a quiet place for those looking to rest, the only observation I report is that the garage has a bump at the entrance and inside and is very inclined and can hit the car's fender for those who have a sedan car that is a little lower can hit the bottom.
