Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Domažlice District

We spent an extended weekend in the house and we enjoyed it super well. The house was a little hard to find but with directions from the hostess it worked. It may make sense that coordinates are passed on here so that you can navigate better. Arrived was nicely eaten by a fire. Very well equipped kitchen! Everything is available outside as described. Fire pits, hot tub to heat with wood (very nice!) and a new sauna. Rooms are also really nice and everything is so nice and quiet. House is the last one in the street (the gravel path). The children were able to move freely outside. An all-round successful stay. Thanks for that and gladly again :)

Beautiful, modern and fully equipped 2-story house with picturesque garden, right in the heart of mountain village. perfect for relaxing or romantic vacation. We were here at the end of December. The only drawback was the weather (lack of snow) because it rained a week before arrival:) Thank you again to the owner for a pleasant time.

Thank you so much for a great place to stay. We were looking for peace, quiet, and a total minimum of people. This was everything. Even though the weather didn't work for us, we had a great stay with everything. Everything was just like the photos. Lucka is willing to help us with all questions and requests (we had a small baby and arranged a travel crib and a microwave). In short, thank you very much, and for sure if we still visit the Bohemian Forest, we will come back. :)

Jiri was always very helpful when we had questions, he immediately answered and helped us. We were able to check in earlier and he also gave us the freedom to choose when we wanted to check out. We were completely satisfied, a very nice house with a great garden for the dogs and right on the lake. This was not our last visit! :)

The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

Everything was as described. Rooms were spacious and the common room was brilliant. What would need an update are the outdoor seating. 😅

The apartment exceeded much of my expectations, was very well decorated. The view over look the garden was very peaceful and beautiful. It had everything needed. Groceries, supermarket and restaurants were very close to walk to. Petr and his family were very friendly, helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would love to return one day!

Comfortable quiet accommodation close to the center.

the accommodation itself is very nice and modern. There were three of us and it was just right, but sleeping on the sofa bed I would rate as 4. The mattress that is placed on the couch is thin and sleeping is very uncomfortable, half is soft and half is hard. But the bed was very comfortable. The sun shines on the terrace until late afternoon and is also a little obstructed by trees. There is a farm where you can buy beef and lamb a short distance from the accommodation. From the accommodation, it is a nice walk to Špičácké sedlo, about 3 km and further to the lakes. 3 min walk to the train station, we returned from Špičák after an all-day hike. The information was that Netflix was on TV, but it wasn't. However, it was possible to download a streaming service and watch through your profile.

Very cosy and very clean appartement. Nicely decorated with an eye for detail. Big balcony and a beautiful view on the garden and pond. It was very peaceful with a lot of nature around you. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Although we only used it for one night, we already know that if we go to the area again, we will be very happy to visit Otýlie again.

Modern equipped apartment. Parking in the immediate vicinity. Good bus connection to downtown. A small supermarket and a beautiful playground are not too far away. We liked it very much and would book this apartment again.

The apartment is easy to reach, nicely decorated and clean. Just right for a city trip. Check-in was very easy and parking in front of the house is very convenient. Nikola is very friendly and easily accessible. The dogs in the garden on the ground floor often bark. It didn't bother us that much. We had a nice time and can recommend staying at the property!

A great place to stay for hiking. The apartment is clean, the kitchen is equipped and the owner communicates immediately. I appreciated the possibility of staying with my dog. We were happy with our family.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.

We stayed at this place for one night. It is super centrally located and therefore really recommended for the price.
