Lake Selenter with the best swimming quality borders directly on the village and the Baltic Sea can be reached quickly by car.

A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally :)

So, if necessary, you can be in the middle of the city in no time. The apartment is about 95 m², consisting of: hallway, bathroom, bedroom and living room/kitchen. The Baltic Sea beach is about 3.5 km away (Kalifornien, Brasilien and Schönberger Strand). The state capital of Kiel can be reached in 20 km.

Hi there! We offer a cosy one bedroom apartment for short stay while beeing on holiday, visiting friends or family or working in and around Kiel. We refurbished and decorated the flat in 2023. You will find towels and bedlinen as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The flat is located close to public transport that will bring you either to the city or to the beach.

Through a private entrance you enter the 35 sqm apartment with new kitchen, new bathroom and modern designed living area. From here it is just a few minutes' walk to the fjord and by public transport (ferry or bus) you are within a very short time in the city center.
