Awesome place to stay when in santo domingo!

this place is beautiful, it love that is private and safe. no random people waking around, in not people who have access. the apartment is beautiful and Cozy, I felt like I was at home 100%. highly recommend!

We loved our stay, loved being immersed in the community. Area was convenient to historic places and restaurants. Better than we had hoped. Will definitely be our go to spot when visiting the area.

Wonderful apartment in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. I stayed for a month, Marco was very responsive when I needed any support. The pool is a wonderful plus, and is cleaned often.

Staying at Casa Erzulie in Zona Colonial was such a treat! The place was super cozy, cool, and had such a nice vibe with its beautiful decoration. After days of traveling, it was amazing to have some quiet time here, yet still be so close to everything. I loved starting my mornings with a walk on the Malecón, which is just 2 minutes away, and even got to catch the sunrise—absolutely stunning! The location is perfect, close to landmarks and great restaurants, so there was always something to do. One of my favorite parts was relaxing by the small pool—it was the perfect way to unwind. And having access to a laundry machine was such a bonus after being on the road for a while. Stephanie’s place really felt like a home away from home, and I’d 100% stay here again!

Great host, very helpful and polite. Host was always available for questions and help. The area is nice I was only there for the weekend did not get to do much. I will stay longer on my next trip. Recommended!

Quiet, Private, close to lot of places

our stay here was everything and more!! House is probably best house on the street. The backyard was EVERYTHING!! The neighborhood, although looked sketchy at first look, actually was peaceful and quiet. NO PROBLEMS. If i were going to stay in the Carolina area again I'd stay here again....central to all the areas i needed to visit.

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

I have to say amazing I mean amazing the location is perfect you can get anything right around corner the host is brilliant always there if you need the house is way better than pictures it show trust me and most importantly thing I feel safe there

Hôtes chaleureux et très accueillants ! Situation au cœur de la Coloniale et prestations de logement bien au dessus de ce que imaginé pour un premier voyage en république Dominicaine. Mary et Patrick toujours disponible et non avide de proposer les meilleurs conseils pour rendre le séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous avons passez un séjour agréable, sans doute trop court sur la Capitale Dominiquaise nous saurons ou revenir. Merci Francesseca et Raf

Enjoyed my stay at the Casita Colonial. The apartment was as advertised and located in a safe area within the Colonial Zone, only a block away from the coast, a short walking distance to many restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the major supermarket…a small market is also across the street. The host was very friendly and accommodated an early check-in, meeting me at the apartment to explain how to use the water pump, clothes washer, centrifuge dryer, etc. She was responsive to all questions that I had and recommended some nice restaurants. I would stay again and recommend to others for an authentic Santo Domingo experience. Thanks!

Great location super close to the colonial zone about a 5 minute walk. The area is very easygoing and locals friendly. There is street parking right in front of the apartment

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung, einfacher und flexibler Check-In durch die Tür-PIN. Gute Klimaanlage. Wir haben das Auto direkt in der Unterkunft sicher abstellen können. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist nicht ganz so schön wie auf dem Foto, rechts daneben ist ein großes Gebäude. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Zona Colonial, muss aber eine sehr stark (und chaotisch) befahrene Straße überqueren.

Safe and clean

We had a wonderful stay! The location was unbeatable, it was very easy to get there. Also just 8 minutes away in car from the Colonial Zone. Check in was super smooth and the guys at the reception were very helpful. The apartment was immaculately clean probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, the floor and bathrooms were shiny. The bed linens smelled amazing, the pillows were super soft, and everything felt fresh and cozy. They placed water and coffee, really appreciated :) there is also a little market a few minutes walking in case you need anything to eat or drink, we ordered breakfast one of the days and it was delicious! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much Sandra and Miguel!

I traveled with my 3 month old baby and this place felt like home! The apartment was super clean, safe and comfortable. Alexander always responded within minutes and was friendly and cordial. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need to make a meal, the washer and dryer worked great and all of the other amenities were available and easy to use. 100 out of 10!! Truly amazing!

Isabel's place was great. Its only one of two apartments in the complex that has air conditioning in the living room area and not only in the bedrooms.

Our flight was delayed by hrs and Carolina was more than amazing to make sure our check in was smooth. Tons of things to do close by, definitely recommend.
