Max was a very responsive and accommodating host. His place was as described. His location is right in the middle of the city, so I appreciated this place had parking and doorman. His home was also larger than expected.

Oliver es uno de los mejores anfitriones que he tenido al usar airbnb’s . Recomiendo 100 % el Apartamento, limpio, fácil de llegar, cómodo y una asistencia excelente desde el anfitrión hasta el personal que trabaja en la torre. Volvería sin dudas!

Excelente lugar es nuestra segunda ves y como siempre nos encanto y volveríamos otra ves sin problema.

Great place to stay , safe location, local business around, cozy and clean apartment.

This place exceeded my expectations!!. The rooms are huge. The amenities are top flight. Private bathroom in each bedroom. Private television in each room. Great AC. Great wifi. The rooftop area of the building is awesome. Great sundeck and gym with jacuzzi. Private garage parking. It’s close to everything. 10 minutes from Colonial Zone and Blue Mall. Market across the street from condo. And Claribel is awesome. Her suggestion on where to eat was money. I have been coming to Santo for decades. This is easily one of the best Airbnb i have ever booked there. I will stay there every time i return. .

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Only issue was power outage everything else was great

This was my parents’ first international trip, and Susanne’s home made it such a special experience for them. It even gave them the confidence to consider traveling to new places in the future! Since my parents are older, I wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and comfortable enough for us to enjoy even on rainy days, and this home was perfect. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, and we really enjoyed spending time in the pool as well. My parents and I are already planning to return to the DR, and we hope to stay at Susanne’s place again!

Me alegré de visitar nuevamente la casa de Sr. Keny porque se adapta a mí en ubicación, tamaño y comodidades. El propietario de la casa tuvo mucho cuidado de garantizar que los huéspedes estuvieran cómodos durante nuestra estancia. Estaba muy limpio por dentro. Como siempre, hay todo lo que necesitamos. Para mí siempre es un lugar confiable para pasar un fin de semana en la ciudad.

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Good choice accommodation which met my needs. Gym 👍🏾, pool 👍🏾, staff 👍🏾 and local amenities 👍🏾. Cozy and roomy apartment to chill and relax. Highly recommend. Host responsive and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was just right throughout my visit. Their prompt communication and thoughtful touches really made a difference and created a truly comfortable experience. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The gym was an added bonus.
