The view is really nice. It's open, so it's beautiful in the morning and at sunset. It was uncomfortable because they asked me to change the room in the middle of construction, but it worked out well and I used the room all the way in the photo. Make sure you can change the room and stay lol

Sam was very responsive and flexible. We checked in very quick at our pre-arranged time due to his flexibility. The place is very clean, some furniture could use some upgrade, other than that we thought that the place is well worth for the cost paid. Thanks Sam for the pleasant time. We will see you next time.

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

Central location for food and close to many attractions. Cute home decor and inside cafe apartment. Good for two people. Host was very friendly and responsive.

Thu was a very good host and always responded quickly and fulfilled his guest's wishes. The apartment is clean and tidy, and has almost what you need (hand soaps, shower gel and shampoo) , except towels were not stocked but responded quickly when we asked about it, we think it's great of you). The surroundings are very quiet and green compared to Central of Saigon, but very easy to reach to the city center. We would love to rent the apartment again next time. Thanks for that. Til 🙏🏽

I stayed an additional day longer than my original schedule. The perfect place to stay and the perfect place to stay I was the host. I plan to visit again on my next trip. The host made me feel comfortable and happy.

Anh’s place is nestled in D1. Extremely cute bnb. I would say this is a great place for a younger group, since the other bedrooms requires use of some tight small stairs. Overall a cute place in a fun neighborhood!

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

Good value for money. Great central location but in the same time reasonably quiet. We found the bed extremely comfortable and the ac worked perfect. 2 main things to consider before you book: - 5th floor with no elevator (good for excercise😜) - classic vietnamese “wet” bathroom (shower is just in the middle of the room) Overall we had a good time!

Huge cozy space nestled in a great location. Instructions were clear. Very accommodating hosts. The top floor room gets a little hot as its at the roof, and other than that it was an amazing stay.

Great stay with Hieu - the villa is beautiful and has excellent amenities. The pool has bubbles and the karaoke room is really well equipped. Hieu is a wonderful host who communicates clearly and is very supportive. Recommended.

We had a good 4 nights stay at Kim’s place and the apartment was just like the pictures, nice and clean

LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage after checkout free of charge, which was a huge help. The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it comfortable and convenient for our extended stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh.

The host was so kind ~ Even though it was late at night, they welcomed our family ~ Needless to say, the house was so cozy and comfortable. The cleaner is also a really warm and nice person. When I went to the last house, they kindly checked if there was anything missing or not. Thank you so much💕 I want to stay at this house again next year ~

Nice location outside of the city hustle and bustle. Very modern clean suite close to a great grocery store and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very quick to respond to our needs. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.
