Hello, MM's house are on the 6th floor of eight-storey apartment building built in May 2022. This is my own family's house so you can rest assured about sercurity. I hope you will feel as warm as your home staying at MM's house We are Catholics so there is a Statue of Our Lady of Grace ar the ground floor and another one is at the terrace. The house is located near a supermarket with lots of local food around. It is in a quiet street so you can barely hear anything from the street. The place is very spacious and clean. We had a wedding during our stay and the host made sure we got everything we need. We really appreciate it. The communication was very fast. We highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay at this condo in Masteri: the building is modern, clean, and packed with amenities. Perfect for families with kids: the pool, playroom, and playground were all a big hit. The sunset view from the apartment balcony was a highlight. We also really enjoyed the Thao Dien neighborhood. It’s expat-friendly, full of excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, and conveniently close to the new subway line. There was a small issue with one A/C unit when we arrived, but the hosts were extremely responsive and resolved it quickly, which made a big difference. As is common in Vietnam, the mattresses are on the firmer side; just something to note if you're used to softer beds. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a stylish, well-located base in HCMC.

good for a longer term stay, well equipped, has pretty much everything you could need. responsive hosts, located close to airport with cheap transport through grab to anywhere you could want. my only complaint would be occasionally noisy neighbours but this is no inherent fault of the property and noise pollution is common in vietnam so giving 5 stars
