Apartment vacation rentals in District 11

My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very spacious and clean. The location suited us well because we were visiting relatives in District 5, Saigon Chinatown. It was very convenient to have Hung Voung Plaza next door. There is a Hung Voung Plaza Ly Thuong Kiet Gate next door you can use to prefill the pickup address for Grab taxis. If you want the taxi to pick you up right outside the apartment, you need to tell the taxi driver to come to the separate apartments entrance pickup area. This can be confusing for some taxi drivers.

It’s perfect for a family of three. The place was modern and clean, great amenities, and the area has good security.

Appartement un peu plus petit que en photo mais très cosy , avec l’essentiel . Nous avons eu besoin d’ustensiles de cuisine ( peut être plus équipée ) il a été réactif pour nous emmener le nécessaire . L’arrivée fut très fluide et flexible ainsi que le départ Khan a été un excellent hôte , nous recommandons le logement et la qualité du service

Our stay was very postive. The free pickup from the airport was greatly appreciated, make it easy to get to the apartment. The host even insisted to pay grab for the trip back to airport when their own car wasnt available at the conclusion of the stay. We felt like at home and trusted with Phuc and Yen.

Lily is a great host! Quick to respond to all our queries and also readily available to extend help wherever possible. Her place is as how it’s advertised and there is no regret choosing her place as our accommodation.

We stayed in the rooftop unit for 2 weeks during our visit to Saigon. Host Khanh is very responsive and helpful. The location is safe and close to places. I extremely enjoyed the rooftop view. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again whenever we return to Saigon.

Loved our stay at Marky’s place! The location is perfect, market right outside and plentiful of food choices, airport is about 10 minutes away and district 1 is also close by. Marky was easy to communicate and helpful, Highly recommend and we would definitely come back again!

Lovely decently appointed room on a good side street. Big bed, couch, small table, and a little balcony. Two story walk up was easy in and out and an easy walk to everything you need. Great stay. Great, “hands off” hosts who never made new wait for answers to questions.

Enjoyed stayed here in Phu Nhuan much more than my stay in a hotel in District 1. Check in was really easy and it definitely has a much more local feel to the area than the super touristy parts of HCMC. The bed is really comfortable, AC works great, and the unit is really unique and cool. The free laundry service was a great touch and really helpful for me. Thao responded to me right away always and was helpful with the questions I asked her. It’s a short scooter ride or about a 20 minute walk to Tanh Dinh market and there’s lots of other local restaurants etc around. I really felt at home here and I wish I could have stayed here longer.

Probably the best place to stay in the city. Ben, the ladies at reception, the cleaning ladies, everyone is great. Safe area, close to a lot of cool stuff.

Very friendly and helpful host. Good size balcony that makes the space look more spacious. The coffee shop downstairs serves delicious morning coffees. Would definitely recommend.

El apartamento de Quốc es excelente. Por el precio, obtienes un espacio amplio, con un estilo europeo muy bien cuidado. Uno de mis detalles favoritos fue el hermoso árbol frente a la ventana, que te permite mantener las ventanas abiertas con total privacidad. Además, cuenta con una zona de lavandería en la terraza y una piscina pequeña, pero con una vista espectacular de la ciudad. Tuve una pequeña necesidad durante mi estancia y el equipo fue muy amable y rápido en ayudarme. En general, considerando la ubicación y lo que ofrece el apartamento, me parece una muy buena relación calidad-precio. Lo único que no me convenció del todo fue la zona: es muy local. No es insegura (como en casi todo Vietnam), pero puede no ser ideal para todos los viajeros. Eso sí, en taxi estás cerca de todo, así que al final es un buen equilibrio. Definitivamente consideraría volver, especialmente por lo amplio y cómodo que es el apartamento.

My favorite Airbnb stay so far: Everything was clean, neat and elegant luxurious. All staff members from the reception to the cleaning lady were very kind, helpful and so lovely! The pool on the 8th floor is well maintained and perfectly sized, ideal for a comfortable quiet get away. Would love to come back anytime - thank you for the great experience!

Thao's place was very spacious and clean. The communal swimming pool in the complex is impressive, spanning about 50m long. There is a bbq and seating area for free usage, as well as gym and yoga classes available for a fee. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is easily accessible by foot. We enjoyed our stay as it was comfortable and everything needed is within close proximity. Thao was very helpful and assisted with all our needs. We will choose to stay here again next time!

Nhà đầy đủ tiện nghi, gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, mọi thứ đều tốt. Ngồi trong nhà có thể ngắm mặt trời lặn rất đẹp. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình và phản hồi rất nhanh. Có dịp tôi sẽ trở lại.
