Close to downtown and Mucugê street (1500 meters). For your convenience, we do not charge a cleaning fee upfront. You'll be able to hire her if you feel the need at the front desk.

Amidst the exuberant nature of Santo André, Casa Joia da Floresta is a joyful and energetic spot in one of the most peaceful and green areas of the village! There are 2 en-suites, an equipped kitchen and a cool balcony for you to have your meals and relax in the hammock. Surrounding the house is a wonderful tropical garden, which is our main character. Here you will be surrounded by lots of greenery, birds and tranquility, just minutes from the center of Santo André village!

The upper part consists of: 2 suites, 1 shared kitchen and 1 balcony. The rent can be made from both the ground floor and the upper part separately, and in the latter we can rent the suites with the option of the kitchen separately as well.
