Vacation rentals with a home theater in Din Daeng

Beautiful appartment and complex. Great pool and gym with amazing views. Great service from everyone involved. Only negative thing is that the rental is inofficial so you have to always enter the building through the backdoor for Grab drivers. The main entrance is only unlocked via Facescan which doesn't work ofc.

The space is right in front of the huge shopping mall Megabanner. It is on the 30th floor of the building and unobstructed in front of it, so the view was very good. It was a 7-minute walk to Mega Banner, so it was very convenient because I had everything I wanted.The Grab app lets you order ingredients and meals.There is a dedicated box for home delivery in front of the building, and you can pick it up there. There is a shuttle bus to Megabanner & BTS Udomsuk Station every 20-30 minutes just in front of the apartment. The room was bright and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, silverware, microwave, etc. The bed was also comfortable. There is a washing machine on the veranda with clothes drying right next to it. There is a washer and dryer in the communal space on the 5th floor.There is also a core working space, fitness, pool, beverage vending machine, etc.The owner showed me the common space when I checked in. It was a 20-30 minute drive to the airport, so it was convenient to go to the airport. I was very relieved to get back to me as soon as I contacted the owner and came to the room to take care of it if I needed it. I recommend that you stay here!

What a wonderful experience! We were in Bangkok with my business partner to launch our startup & were in another place before booking Ely's apartment. It was an excellent decision! Ely is a super nice host, very responsive & flexible ! As for the place, it's very clean, the apartment is amazing & there are plenty of common areas to work or relax! I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if I needed to & I recommend this apartment 200%!

Incredible spot in a fabulous area of Bangkok. This flat is spotless, comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars and easy to get around from Silom. The pool is fabulous and clean and well worth going to, as well as the gym. Can't thank Yoyo enough for the great comms and the brilliant hospitality.

The house very beautiful and clean ! The host is very fast to respond and very responsible. The location is very strategic, easy for driver to pickup. Near with bank atm, convenience store, and cafe. The local neighbourhood also friendly. 5 star staycation 🔝

The host was very kind, we checked out late because of the flight and the host also let us check out late and no charge, any questions asked the host during our stay and were very quick to respond and was able to communicate in Chinese very kind

Lovely place, we felt right at home. Only thing I would have like noted was how many floors there are and what floors the bedroom was on since we had my mother-in-law and aunt who can’t climb that many stairs. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again.

Best place in Bangkok close to everything

We were a team of more than a dozen people traveling, during these days we all felt the accommodation was comfortable, each room had a different design style, transportation was also convenient, the host was also very responsive to our questions, highly recommend multiple teams to choose the place.

The house is very clean, the landlord is also very good. I also helped us find a car.

We had a really nice stay and enjoyed the apartment, and especially the pools and gym. Metro is also very close by. Communication was very easy and fast. We would come back any time ☺️

Everything was squeaky clean and tidy, you can find all types of appliances in working condition. Apartment has a very local city vibe, lots of local students and working adults, if thats what you like. Can get a little crowded at lift area during peak hours. Peace and quiet too at high floor. 711 just at lobby. Gym and pool avail but might need host to help a little. Fast shuttle/walkable to mrt. Location is slightly further from city, takes 1 or 2 train transfers but still fine. There was some problem but host apologized and offered resolution asap, which is commendable.

This was well worth the money and a great place to stay. It is definitely a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures though. I read through all the previous reviews and was worried about a few of the items others have listed, but he seems to have addressed them all. The only thing I didn't notice when booking is the way real complaint I have is nearby train runs inconveniently sometimes.

Olly is an excellent host, very friendly and responsive. His place is awesome and cozy, I actually felt at home so much I considered living there. The big TV is great, and the water filter is extremely convenient, no need to buy bottles. It is also on the top floor so easy rooftop access. The location is also great, a quiet back street behind Gateway mall and Ekkamai BTS, all within easy walking distance. Directly across the road there is a 24/7 mini Big C convenience store. Great little cafe and restaurant on the street too! Excellent value for money. Would stay again.
