Raphael was at the house to greet us and left us a welcome bottle of wine. He was highly responsive and very welcoming. The house was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. Each time you stepped outside you could smell the lilacs. A beautiful home from which to visit Dijon.

A perfect stay in every way: Comfortable cottage, very well equipped and functional, bucolic and peaceful environment, great geographical location for exploring the wine route. Finally, Elo'Theo were particularly kind, and always very responsive. I advise without restraint!

Warm hospitality with appropriate explanations. A functional apartment, tastefully decorated. We could see that nothing is missing, everything is super thought out for the purpose of efficiency and optimum comfort. I would recommend it without reservation.

Very nice quiet cottage and close to the center of Dole. The garden is beautiful. Great for a stay for families or groups of friends. Very good with children.

The accommodation perfectly matched our needs and Patricia and Didier did everything they could to facilitate our stay. The icing on the cake: a superb pool table even though my son found that it must have been rigged (one wonders why😏)

I rented Michel's house to accommodate my family during my wedding, which took place in the castle opposite. Michel and his wife were welcoming and my family was very well looked after. The house is ideally located in the heart of the village.

As a group of 10 friends, we had a wonderful stay at Cédric's sumptuous house which was even prettier than in the photos. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Charming and spacious house we were 7 adults and 7 children. The garden was a real paradise for children! We will keep a very pleasant memory of it! Communication with Christophe was easy! I recommend this place!

Vincent is very friendly and attentive to his hosts. We had a great vacation with the family, enjoyed the terrace with its great view, the pool, the grounds for outdoor games, quiet countryside. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful space. Aline had thoughtfully decorated the living space for Christmas and also bought presents for us and our children. Aline was really responsive before and during our stay, even with it being Christmas when they were celebrating themselves. we asked for advice on what our children might enjoy in Dijon and she made some excellent suggestions including watching pere noel visit the town square on Christmas eve! The location of the house was perfect, just a short walk to the bus stop and short ride into town. my husband and I enjoyed running around the local area around the house and our kids made good use of the local playgrounds. thank you Aline and jean-yves!

We had a lovely stay with the family (7 adults and 2 babies). With 2 babies of 13 months, I don't know if the house is perfectly suited with the pebbles on the floor of the terrace and the stairs but we were able to remain vigilant and they were able to frolic as they wanted. With the hot weather, we had trouble refreshing the house (maybe it's due to the lack of shutters in the living room and the ventilation is not enough for the 2 attic bedrooms). For the rest, the kitchen is very well equipped, with 2 large fridges, the bathrooms in each bedroom are a real plus and the outdoor space is really beautiful: pool, sofa area, foosball... I highly recommend this listing!

we stayed for a week with the family of 7 people. We really enjoyed the pool and garden around it. You can have a good time with all the amenities in and around the house. Christian is a friendly host and easily and quickly accessible. There was a lot of privacy and tranquility around the house. Lovely place to relax. We really enjoyed our week.

This little cottage was a delight. We stayed with my parents and 10 month old daughter. The flexible accommodation, multiple bathrooms and swimming pool meant it worked for 3 generations brilliantly.
