This place is beyond words! Spent 4 days...booked 7 for next year. What a gem! Beachcombing, on your own private cove, the setting, the view... saw habour porpoise, seal, eagles and of course lots of deer. An incredible getaway to disconnect. Only wanted to stay longer! The place is simply perfect! Even the fog is fascinating and atmospheric. Never slept better! Thanks Ashley! Much appreciated...see you next year Deer Island and Chocolate Cove! Lovely little cabin! This is the perfect destination if you enjoy a lot of water activities. The water is just a few paces away from the cabin itself, and the view is glorious. I spent most of my time reading on the front porch and enjoying the peaceful ambience. I would recommend the airbnb to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!!

My husband and I enjoy spending time together at different airbnbs, so we have some experience with great stays! We loved our staycation at Cheryl’s cottage! She has thought of everything you may need during your stay! She was very accommodating and helped decorate for my husband’s birthday 🎉 the hot tub was relaxing but the sound of the creek running really elevated it! The cabin was clean and organized, lots of games/activities for adults and children. We would definitely stay again!

An incredibly charming and cozy cabin with a world-class view. In my opinion, the perfect size for two people. Very comfortable, clean and worth the money. Incredibly private and peaceful. I would highly recommend this location. The host was kind and communicated with ease. 110% recommended.

It’s nice overall, we had a great experience. Place is cozy and quiet, close to the nature, plenty woods for the fire pit, it’s great for weekend gateway. Host is very responsive and friendly. It would be great if the amenities are a little updated, and have a dishwasher.

Host was very nice and responsive, the cabin was in excellent shape, quiet and peaceful . Did not expect the owners of the property to also own a restaurant down the road, which completely blew us away with the food, atmosphere and service. I would definitely recommend someone to come check this place out!

Abby was such a lovely host! She was very communicative and helpful, and the place was perfect! We unfortunately got rained out but they had many games to keep us entertained! Absolutely lovely spot!

Cabin was homey, comfortable, clean and had everything you would need. Area was quiet with privacy, a large deck, beautiful yard with hammock, loungers and a chair swing by the water. Playground is well maintained and safe. The lake was the highlight of our stay! There is a small beach area to wade into the water or you can jump right off the dock. The water is calm, warm and very clean. We spent all day swimming, out on the paddle boat or canoes. If you go into the cove in the boats you can find painted turtles and frogs. There were no mosquitoes as we were outside all day and night by the fire pit. On rain days the screened in porch was great for meals and games of cards. The cabin had a bunch of boardgames and movies we could enjoy. Denis is very welcoming, a great host and respectful of your stay. We had a really wonderful time.

Jesse was in contact with me very quickly after booking and checked in with me at my check in time. He also followed up to see how the stay was going. I would definitely recommend the rental and will plan to use it on future trips.

We really enjoyed our trip, loved how private the location was so we were able to unplug from a very busy lifestyle. Their setup by the ocean is absolutely perfect! Kayla was very friendly to deal with and graciously came to setup the sauna whenever we needed. Highly recommend!

Great Host and place to relax. Lake is very beautiful with a great deck to enjoy it from. kayaks are available to use.

This was the perfect family getaway out of the city! Very peaceful and quiet cabin. We loved being able to sit out around the fire pitt in the evenings. Lovely area to walk- roads aren't busy, beautiful views of the lake. Highly recommend Pizza at Stews (local convenience store), it was delicious!

A beautiful cabin, really cosy and comfortable. Good size with everything we needed. It is very private next to a wooded area. Easy to find, with really clear instructions. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Clark's Harbour. So much to do and very serene. Jorge provided almost everything needed. The cottage was VERY comfortable. A great place to relax. We visited as much as we could from Yarmouth to Shelburne. Hawk Beach is just breathtaking. It is huge, clean, very few people, and the water was so blue! I have a passion for lighthouses so we visited as many as we could. My dog was very happy too. So glad Jorge's is pet friendly. Barrington has all the stores you need. Everyone was very friendly. We loved the wild life, deer in the yard, crows having their meeting on the fence posts, seagulls everywhere and beautiful great blue herons! We just loved this little place. One of my favourite things was the teeny tiny lamp on the window sill by the couch - it was so adorable. Thank you for the beautiful painted rock. It is now with my beach rocks around my lighthouse out front at home. To be able to see the bay out the front and the waves out back!

Great place to stay we were here for work. Would’ve loved to have had more time to enjoy The place itself would highly recommend it!
