His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

Place is worth every penny and a best deal than local hotels or resorts. The team ks very cooperative especially the watchman guy Zaman. He responded to each query and has been helpful. Place was clean furniture was nice and good thing is they provided stainless clean sheets. Crockery was available and internet was smooth. Overall highly recommended

We had a very pleasant stay and created beautiful memories. The location and view is amazing. beautiful decoration and interior. The host was super friendly and cooperative. Many good restaurants are nearby, and our favorite was the Tandoori restaurant, which you can see lighting up the skies from the bedroom window. I definitely recommend it.

A great place to stay at Bhurban, away from hustle and bustle. View outside the balcony was amazing. Very aesthetic interior and things were as described. Few points to consider for people who might have elderly or specially abled ppl with them: - There are couple of stairs to climb. - mobility to outside area eg. Shops, PC Bhurban, can be tricky as it requires a bit of uphill climbing or if you take shorter route via roof top then climbing few more stairs on the way. Overall a great place to stay in that vicinity, highly recommended!

We stayed at Aamir’s place in July 2024 when we visited Kashmir for the first time with our families. Aamir, Muneer and Aadil made the entire experience extremely comfortable. The very day we arrived, we were upgraded without asking for it as they saw that my mum in law can’t walk a lot so we were given the rooms close to the entrance. We arrived quite late (around 10pm) because of flight delays and had no idea where we will find food from at this hour but they made sure that we don’t sleep hungry. They prepared a full meal this late in the night and for all days that we stayed there, even if we needed something at 1am in the night, they were all happy to help. The place is beautiful and very nicely maintained. They have a beautiful garden just behind the rooms where we had breakfast and made some core memories. Aamir also recommended some places to visit and helped make transport arrangements. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. This was home away from home.

This was my first time getting a stay through AirBnb and I was quite skeptical about the whole thing but boy oh boy what a smooth and comfortable experience. Okasha seems to be the professional as he had everything in place and the place felt like home right from the beginning. The best thing about our floor was the spacious lounge with two large windows and scenic views. Though it was my first experience of airbnb but it was so good that I have decided to always stay via airbnb and whenever I will visit this area next, I have found my first priority.

absolutely loved this place, felt as if we were at home. the staff were extremely helpful. the community is amazing. highly recommend it. we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
