Such a wonderful stay at Silvia's apartment! The unit was spotlessly clean, exactly as pictured, and in a perfect location. All amenities worked great. Very responsive and helpful host throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay!

I like the place it was close to office building. Clean n tidy. Location wise the only thing is to find food courts. Can be quite a walk to find some. Other than that, its perfect. Farrel also communicative and considerate.

A clean apartment with adequate facilities makes my family want to continue to extend. The pool is just in front of the unit, making us want to swim every day. I have stayed in several other apartments in Jakarta, but this apartment makes me want to continue to live because the atmosphere and the environment is quiet.

**Review:** This was by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The place was absolutely stunning, with a mesmerizing city view that made every moment magical. It was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary items, which made cooking and dining so convenient. It was clear the host paid attention to every detail to ensure guests are comfortable. Speaking of the host Ai, he was amazing—extremely responsive, helpful, and always just a message away whenever I needed anything. For everything this place offers, it’s absolutely worth every penny. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Melvin and his apartment, both are great. The place is exactly as it is described in picture and description. Clean, well maintained and despite being in middle of town, it is still quite peaceful. Surrounded with almost everything you need, including restaurantsl, clubs, malls etc.. Melvin offers great responsiveness during your stay and helps instantly with any info you need. Definitely a great deal at this price point.

This is my second time here ,and i would say it's better than the last time ,once again I highly recommend this place if you wanna stay in Jaksel(Jakarta Selatan =South Jakarta)

I had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, with easy access to The Breeze, an open-air mall with a cinema and outdoor restaurants. I chose this place mainly because of its access to a beautiful botanic park, which is ideal for jogging, picnicking, or just walking around. It’s definitely worth it, even just for the park itself. The condo was very clean and had everything I needed—cooking utensils, cutlery, a working fridge and water dispenser, bath essentials, and a washing machine. You don’t need to bring anything except food! The neighborhood felt very safe, and the check-in/check-out process was simple and flexible. Christina, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided clear, detailed instructions, making check-in and check-out easy. She really made an effort to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, and I truly appreciated her kindness.

Well worth it for long stay , great apartment , spacious and comfortable. Great amenities with pools and gym and minimarket by the lobby. Also Laundry facilities available . Very good Reception and security personnel 24 hrs . Host Ben was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return .

Skolastica's place is comfortable, quiet, and really great for a weekend getaway. The drinkable tap water in particular is great if you're from overseas. Recommend!

Great place to stay if you want the apartment experience. Cleaning equipments and supplies are provided, and the cooking equipments are high quality.

My stay was great, the place is clean and comfortable, and my host is warm and clear in communicating the directions. I really like how the room is efficiently arrange, and the facilities around the tower is also good; there is a 24hr minimarket nearby. Overall I had a really pleasant time during my stay.
