Best place with big space

We had a lovely stay at this property and it suited us perfectly as a family of 4. The property was beautifully styled, spotless and well suitated for our needs. The hosts were always available and responded quickly and pleasantly. Would highly recommend this property.

What fantastic place to stay......first class accommodation, fitted out to a very high standard, with everything you could possibly need. The lodge is in a lovely quiet location on the site and everything is exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and will definitely be back !!

Lovely Appartment just a short walk from beautiful beaches and sand dunes. I enjoyed the little dining space at the top of the tower with great views over town.

Sian and her family have a lovely place and are very relaxed people. The location is at the heart of everything out doors and is set in their vast private grounds. The Loft is an apartment close but completely separate from the main house (don't think the photos really illustrate this feature). It has everything you need. Sian is a fantastic host. Always available should you need anything - equally leaves you to it should you wish. Perfect balance. For me its was a 10 out of 10. Likely will be back later this year. Thanks for everything Sian.

Perfect accommodation! The place was immaculate, had everything we needed and more and recommendations for different things to do around us. We met June and she couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Beautiful location as well. Would highly recommend to anyone. ☺️

A beautiful place to stay. Jacqueline was the perfect host, nothing too much trouble, nice and quiet, spotlessly clean everything you need in the bungalow will return again.

I loved my extended stay at the Leyden Arms. I preferred to cook and stay in for evenings although I joined in the bar a couple times. I was very comfortable with the rooms, the peaceful environment, the easy drive to several areas of interest. Jan and family were very friendly and helpful, providing everything I needed and asking about my day and giving me great recommendations for things to do. I really had a most restful and enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Quiet location. Well equipped house. We didn’t see much of our hosts, but did see the cat, dogs and horses!

Had a great time here, really nice place to come stay, very clean and well looked after. And the views nearby are amazing.

Had a wonderful weekend. Great house, Superb Kitchen, plenty of space and lovley Deco. We had a slight problem with bed which was dealt with by host (no fault of her own). communication was super efficient and helpful. It did not detract from our stay as everything else was perfect. Very Close to Conwy and Llandudno. Conwy Harbour was Beautiful and Nikki provides a useful Folder full of examples of places to eat, drink and visit. Hot tub and outside area provides a great place to unwind. The Castle View pub is also close by and offers a great view of Conwy Harbour. Thank You Nikki and Family ...your home is a credit to you x

A beautiful home from home at The Beach House. we loved our stay. it was clean, comfortable, cosy and well equipped. A beautiful beach on the doorstep with the amazing Another Place. A short walk to the train station and direct into Liverpool in 20 minutes. perfect. Thank you Lynn.

Beautiful, comfortable, high spec apartment, everything you could need is provided. Excellent communication with Cathy. We love Llandudno and this was the perfect location to access all it has to offer. Would definitely recommend number 22 and we will be coming back.

Lovely apartment, extremely clean and beautifully furnished. Best hairdryer I’ve ever used (GHD)! We had a little trouble finding the entrance and the lovely guy at check in came out to the street to find us. The location is perfect, so close to Albert dock. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Lapis room. If you are a light sleeper I’d suggest ear plugs as there is a gate nearby for residents that gets opened and closed at night (not too many times though) and early-ish delivery vans. Normal to heavy sleepers won’t have a problem.
