Loved our stay at Mandy’s Waterview Villa, it is a beautiful villa with stunning views over the Dam! She was really helpful with recommending transport options and helping us with general queries, always responsive and trying to help us. Brilliant Host!

The only downside to our trip was not being able to extend our stay - a very beautiful home with lots of personality in a safe neighbourhood. We especially enjoyed the garden and it served as a great backdrop for photos. The rooms were large and each had its own special touch. Mini was very kind and Ezna, our caretaker was readily available to help with the tiny snags we had here and there, not to mention the housekeeping tasks she's available to assist with - please feel free to tip her.

Simon's house provided an exceptional stay. The spacious interior and comfortable beds made for a restful sleep, while the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, the ingenious manifold doors, allowed for delightful moments watching golfers pass by in the garden with a glass of wine in hand. The estate's easy accessibility and sense of security made exploring the scenic walks around the area a joy, especially the dam where boats gently went by. Inside the house, every amenity was available to whip up meals, and the lounge area with its oversized sofas and large Smart TV was perfect for unwinding. Throughout our stay, Simon proved to be an attentive host, responding promptly to any inquiries and ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His flexibility and attention to detail were perfect, making our experience memorable. In summary, Simon's house is a gem of a getaway, offering not just a comfortable stay but also a warm hospitality that exceed expectations.

Dieter’s apartment was exactly what we wanted - so we to could visit an elderly relative very nearby when over from the UK. It was spacious, clean, very secure and well-equipped. The welcome from both Dieter and his wife Brigitte was extremely warm and friendly and we look forward to another visit to base ourselves there in the not too distant future. Do not know where to begin!! The place was beyond amazing. There’s really nothing to complain about. I even wished I had booked for a week’s stay😂🥹😍We truly felt settled and felt like we were home. The place was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were all squeaky clean; you could literally spend hours showering/taking a bath. The host was super responsive, he responds within seconds and is always ready to jump in and assist in everything. I highly recommend this place; we’re definitely heading there next time we visit Gauteng.

Really loved the place, beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. WiFi was good, he communicated well with us before and during the stay. TV set up for various apps to watch movies etc. lots of heaters available as it was cold at night, spare towels als oavailable. The only issues we had were that we lost power twice, once was an issue which was fixed within the hour and the second started as a local power shut off, but turned into an issue at the house and caused us to be cooking in the dark as was an all day problem. Antonio has said he is looking into solar power to prevent this in the future. Haven’t used this to knock down the 5 star rating as it’s part of South African life, and Antonio did respond very quickly both times. Only other minor thing is the cooking pots and pans could so with updating, they were hard to cook with as have lost their nice original coating. Thank you, we would stay again if in the area. Perfect for our family of 7.

Victor was an amazing host. I was there for a week and nothing was too much trouble for him. He bought some extra things that I needed - a fan, a toaster. Having Victor on the same property was also very reassuring as I am recovering from surgery and felt a little vulnerable. This was my first time ever booking an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Eva was an absolute sweetheart—so kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She even went out of her way to buy a few groceries for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself was stunning—spotlessly clean and located in a beautiful area. Everything about our stay was perfect, and having Eva as a host made it even more special. She truly has a heart of gold! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay. 💛✨
