property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

The Manor on the 20th floor ensures great views. House is well kept and has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The hosts were quick to respond for all the requests w.r.t approvals. Interiors are well done, comfy and aesthetic. I definitely recommend this place for staycation or vacation.

The best staycation I've had so far. This place has been so beautifully curated that you feel right at home when you step in and at the same time cocoons you in luxury of a high grade hotel. Roshni, you are a star as a Host and a person to communicate with during our stay. You have been helpful, friendly and responsive which made us feel secure. Beautiful complex, scenic surroundings, pristine conditioned home and aesthetically and functionally my FAVORITE place in Pune. Everyone should experience this place once if they're in Pune. Incredible stay! Hosts were lightning-fast with replies and happy to help with anything. The flat is super cozy, filled with warm lights, cool art pieces and killer views that make morning coffee feel fancy. Kitchen is next-level: water, milk, snacks already stocked plus every kitchen appliance / gadget imaginable. The place was also equipped with hair-dryer, iron, washing machine and more. The location is perfect - close to everything but still quiet at night. Woke up smiling, went to bed relaxed. Couldn’t ask for more; I’ll be back!

Raju has created an amazing stay amidst nature and serene surroundings. Felt cool and breezy even in summer. Raju and his family have raised beautiful gardens which give this place a personal touch. We had the most peaceful time. Would love to visit again, definitely recommend for a scenic and relaxing getaway.

It's not often you find such delicious food when you're away from home. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. I had a fantastic stay at this property hosted by Satyajit! The location is absolutely amazing—right in front of a dam, offering a peaceful and safe environment. I visited with my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Satyajit provided all the details clearly, gave timely instructions, and was always responsive. The dam has a beautiful sunset viewpoint and boating options, making it a great spot to unwind. Though I had a packed itinerary and couldn’t relax much this time, I’ll definitely book again for a proper staycation. The property itself is well-maintained, with a lovely lawn, good lighting, and security cameras for added safety. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the caretaker, Salim, was always ready to help. There are plenty of board games and outdoor activities provided by the host, adding to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The terrace was the highlight for us - spent most of the time there. House is clean and tidy. In rains, we had few light outages but host had mentioned about it We ate at nearby restaurants but kitchen was well equipped. Peaceful place with nice lake views.

Great place to spend with friends as well as family. Property was much more cozy than seen in photos. The overall property area is pretty big - around 5.5 acres, and it's completely ours when we book this Villa, hence great privacy despite of always busy and crowded pawna lake area. The care taker was very humble and polite. The food that he and his wife cooked was lip-smacking. Overall very happy and felt worth spending the amount here. Will definitely visit many more times 🥳

Staying in this Airbnb truly felt like living the peaceful slow life I dream of, the privilege of living a good quality simple life, by the waters was what I crave and that and beyond is exactly what I got. It’s a very nice place away from city, in nature in complete nature. It is a complete nature trip for any nature lover …. Loads of birds to watch . N nice tracks around to walk in forest. Caretaker is a nice person n very helpful in nature. Wonderful view of mountains n very lovely place.
