A wonderful week at the end of the season. Peaceful, well equipped and great views. Lovely host, felt so welcome. Perfect.

Great apartment in a quiet area, but a minute's walk from the sea and an area with many bars overlooking the sea. 10 minutes from the old town. Apartment with small terrace with excellent sea view (2 chairs and coffee table), pleasant especially at night and in the morning. Another very large covered terrace with a tent, which is also equipped with a barbecue. The apartment looks good with all comforts. Practical and pleasant stay. Host punctual in responses and suggestions. Very appreciated. Car parking available on the neighboring streets but always a maximum of 2 minutes from the apartment. We 4 of us (two adults and two children) had a great time taking advantage of the large space available.

We had the most lovely time staying here!! The location of the place is amazing, everything is walkable and of course the sea view from the balcony added a lot to our stay :). Paleochora is the perfect destination if you're looking for great hikes because there are many starting nearby. Antreas and Roula were very sweet and went above and beyond to assure we had a good time during our stay. We would 100% recommend this wonderful place!!

We stayed for a week in September and couldn't have been happier with our choice of accommodation! The apartments are lovely and set within beautiful gardens that were an oasis of calm and are a short walk to the beach where you'll find sun loungers (3 euros a day) and small bar /restaurants. Buses run regularly (every 15 mins) to Chania (1.8 euros each way) where you can spend the evening in a old Venetian harbour with numerous restaurants and charming back streets. George couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable - if you've found this review there's no need to search any further, you've found a great place to stay!!

Villa Myrtia was a beautiful villa that was very spacious for our family of six. Terrific swimming pool. Awesome restaurant called Souvlakia in the town center. George was extremely responsive and very friendly.

At Vagelis' arrival was like in a home, very cozy, very friendly, very helpful, always approachable and straightforward. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll find it here. It is an ideal starting point for excursions, not far from the beautiful beach of Episcopia, easy to reach many tavernas by car and quickly you are also in the town of Rethymno . The pool is extra large and nice for swimming, feels like a private pool ! The room service was very good, there were always fresh towels and was cleaned. It is a very simple place to stay, but it offers everything you need for everyday well-being, without much frills. The sunrises and sunsets can also be enjoyed here - right from the apartment you have fantastic views of the LEFKA ORI mountains and the olive plantations all around.

Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

We felt super comfortable at the place from day one! Everything is clean and the facility is very nicely designed! Especially the host Helen was a great help with her quick responses and great tips!

A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

Absolutely loved the house! Great for grandparents and family of four. I would not recommend it to kids smaller than 5 years because of the open staircase. Great spot, beautiful view, comfortable house! Very recommended

Our stay at Ninemia Villas was absolutely perfect! The villa exceeded all expectations – it’s beautifully designed and provides everything for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to George and his wonderful wife, who welcomed us warmly and supported us with valuable tips about the area. They truly made us feel at home. The villa was immaculate, with thoughtful details everywhere: from high-quality furnishings in the bedrooms and bathrooms to a fully equipped kitchen where nothing was missing. The private pool deck and the outdoor grill created memorable moments. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Plaka Beach, and the private terrace offered stunning views. For anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Crete, this is the place. Thank you, George and family, for your hospitality and this amazing accommodation – we’ll definitely be back!

The place was just what we needed, very nice and beautiful perfect for the stay. Mr. Antonis the host was was very friendly and helpful, Emmanuel, Yannis and Maria were the best, giving all the info we needed, recommendations and everything, they definitely did our staying much more enjoyable and will return for sure! I highly recommend the Gina’s apartment, it is very close to the Zorba’s beach, supermarket and great restaurants and taverna’s at walkable distance. Amazing beaches all around and hiking trails, the scenery is just beautiful, with clear turquoise water, great for swimming, scuba and other activities. We are truly thankful for such a wonderful hosts and we highly appreciate everything they did to make sure we had a great vacation!

Our stay at Antonio's was amazing. From A to Z, everything was just perfect. We arrived at the villa at 5 AM and Antonios welcomed us with a filled fridge (breakfast, fruits, specialties). He was available at all times and read our wishes from our eyes. The villa is just a dream and is super equipped. Everything is right down to the smallest detail. You definitely feel at home here. The place is worth every franc! Thanks for everything.

Traveled off season to this lovely house just outside a wonderful, walkable town. Our GPS sent us to the wrong location but Karolos was responsive and helped us find the house. We loved the deck overlooking the beach and sea. There was some pre-season maintenance happening that blocked our access via the house path to the beach but we found another way to access it. We also had a very friendly cat who visited us daily for attention. We loved Aigos Nikolas and would return again!

You could not ask for a more perfect location or better view. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with recommendations for sites, car rental, restaurant recommendations, etc. The property is very spacious and the hosts had very nicely stocked some treats and coffee station in the kitchen. There are lots of stairs if mobility is an issue. Only inconvenience was that there was only one key, so unless your group stays together the whole time, it does take some coordination.
