Beautiful apartment, backyard is very generous, large kitchen and lounge. Walking distance to beautiful beach, restaurants, short drive to supermarkets. The place had everything you need plus more and treats on arrival. Would highly recommend for families. Beautiful to relax in the backyard and enjoy a BBQ.

Eftihios’s BNB was a great part of our stay in Chania. Very clean, and the host was very helpful to us. This place was a great location that had easy access to the city, but gets you just outside of the hustle and bustle. Balcony was a great place to ever look the city with a coffee, would stay here if we are back in Chania

The perfect home for a couple, an impeccable apartment, you can relax by just walking along the boardwalk and breathing the sea breeze from this great place, you can shop just a few steps where there are all kinds of shops and you can appreciate the traditional Greek and Crete food. Aliki was superb from the very beginning, she helped us with the check in by giving us very clear instructions and she received us very warmly. She recommended gorgeous places to us and was available at any hour for anything. I recommend with great confidence and pleasure, Aliki will make you feel like home.

The place to stay is beautiful Well-decorated and very clean . There pool is a real plus . The location is really convenient to visit. The only downside is the noise from the road but inaudible windows closed . Maria is really responsive and friendly. The services offered are perfect . I highly recommend this place especially for its location we were able to crisscross Crete without worrying about road delays thanks to its location.

The location of the apartment on the outskirts of the old town is great. On the 6th floor it was very quiet. From the couch, I could look over the rooftops of the city to the sea. The weather was rainy for 4 days, but in the cozy apartment I didn't mind. I quickly found my way around the area. Approximately 100 m from the apartment, there is a small supermarket with a very good range of Cretan cheese and other groceries. Other supermarkets are a few minutes' walk away. I have hardly met any tourists in the immediate vicinity. The café on the first floor of the house offers small snacks and very good cappuccino. The Kipos Café in the nearby city park is also excellent. You have to see it from the inside! I took a guided bike tour with Theo (offered through this app) through the outskirts, which I liked very much. You should plan at least 5 days for Chania. Sofia supported me very well in all matters.

We (a family with two kids, aged 5 and 2) really enjoyed our stay with Mpampis. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. The private pool and the courtyard were absolute highlights, especially for our kids. The beach is just 50 meters away. It’s a sandy beach in a quiet bay, which makes it perfect for families with children. Mpampis is a great host — he always responded quickly and gave us helpful tips for restaurants and beaches. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall great Communication and just a wonderful vacation

The pictures do not adequately capture the beauty of this place. We loved staying at Eleftherio’s home. They warmly greeted us and quickly made us feel like family. They treated us to many goodies and the house was perfectly ready for us. Modern upgrades throughout, wonderful spa like showers. The best though- The views of the mountains are breathtaking. We also loved visiting the village. The tavern gernios is not to be missed. There is a cafe, bakery, grocery and playground about a 12 minute walk away. Such a peaceful beautiful place- we did not want to leave.

Excellent location, excellent host. Communication was great throughout - Menios made sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was fantastic and this place really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

Ideal location of the accommodation because it is a 10-minute walk from Chania. The best part of the accommodation is the small parking for the rental car. The accommodation is ideal for up to 4 people because the bathroom is quite small, and it is difficult to dry all towels (holidays in April, difficult to dry). You can find all the amenities in Chania (pharmacies, convenience store and restaurants) and the city is very pretty, with splendid views. Olga is very responsive and welcoming and responds quickly by message to our requests. Thank you for this 8-day stay in your home.

Dimitris was a great host. So nice and helpful person! Communication with him was very easy. And when we arrived the fridge was full of food, that was nice suprise. He also arranged airport taxi for us. Villa was perfect, both inside and outside. Location, view, peaceful neighbourhood and pool (even bigger than we expected). We had amazing week in this villa.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this lovely apartment for an entire month, and I can't express enough how much I enjoyed my time here. The location is absolutely fantastic - not far from both the sea and the city center, which made my stay in Chania truly memorable. Host was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Throughout my stay, they went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. From providing local insights to promptly addressing any questions or requests I had, their hospitality truly made this stay exceptional.

I had such a lovely stay, the family were so helpful and kind and by the end of the trip I felt like I was part of the family! Location is beautiful with the sunrise directly infront of you in the morning! Lots round about for shopping, food and drink! All in all I had a great time and loved the apartment and outdoor space, I could have stayed forever! The host are super nice, always respond to app and ask if all is well (She had even baked brownies for us). In addition, the apartment is quite spacious and every room has air conditioning. The balconies are very nice to start the day with a beautiful view. The bathroom is also great, with a rain shower and even a washing machine. In addition, everything was clean and well arranged.

Squeaky clean. Great management. Very helpful, communicative and nice. Has its own parking spot that is hard to find in Chania. The place has been refurbished and modernised with every need anticipated and taken care of. Would definitely stay there again.
