The photos match the room as the space met my expectations. A lovely big lounge and kitchen with a quaint bedroom and shower room. I didn't get to meet Melissa or the other co-host so I felt a little disconnected from them during my brief stay. A breif but good stay from my perspective.

We had the most peaceful stay at Cathy’s cottage. The building and garden area were beautiful and the tranquility of the surroundings is unmatched. We absolutely loved our stay here and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. Cathy was very welcoming and responsive, made our stay super easy. Stunning!

Cosy at 42 is a great little terrace home - nothing better than being able to kick back and relax - you can do this here. The bed is comfy, nice and soft and the Nespresso machine is a nice little extra. Definitely staying again when in the area.

Excellent relaxing stay in a beautiful location. We used it to break a journey and everyone (family of four) was really pleased to take a break here and it added a lot. Children loved the bedroom upstairs. Thank you.

Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

I was working in Northampton for the week. Need somewjere close to the city centre. This was just what I needed. Bed, kitchen and good shower. Close to the city. Really clean and well equipped. Super easy and good value.

Jenny's place was absolutely spotless! We loved her plants which made the place feel homey and so well cared for. Check-in was easy. We parked at the Windsor Street Surface Care Park which was a quick walk to Jenny's place. Everything is in walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. We used the kitchen to make tea...she had everything. We enjoyed a play at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre with dinner before at The Dirty Duck...highly recommend both. It was nice to be able to walk 'home' afterwards. The Holy Trinity Church, where Shakespeare is buried, played its bells for an hour which was beautiful to hear throughout the town. Great shopping, great restaurants, nice market. We really enjoyed the great location and wonderful accommodations!

As others have mentioned the stairs are steep but not a major problem for reasonably mobile people. Our dogs were a little apprehensive but soon got the hang of them (even my 15 year old Jack Russell). Once inside, the place is roomy, and very tastefully decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the furnishings are great. Our dinner in the pub was spot on as well, very tasty. We really enjoyed our weekend and with both Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick just 25-30 minutes away it was ideally placed to spend some time there. We only live around an hour away, so just far enough to get a complete change of scene without having to spend half a day travelling. We'd definitely go again.

Callum's flat is on the third floor of a quiet residential building, equipped with a kitchen for you to prepare food. We do feel that we are staying in a local family's home.

I loved my two nights at this charming place. it's right in the centre of the beautiful village and one minute from the Nevill Arms - a fabulous village pub/restaurant/hotel. I was there to walk the St Morrell's Round pilgrimage from Hallaton and this was the perfect base. Frances is a lovely host - highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Absolutely beautiful flat, with a stunning decor. Had a great time with my boys would definitely return. Also Rebecca was very friendly, very accommodating and absolute pleasure to meet.

We were greeted with the warmest welcome from Amanda and provided with the a lovely cozy retreat to relax and unwind. The garden room is the perfect location to explore the beautiful area & we loved the village of Bishop Itchington.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, gorgeous surroundings and a field pretty much on your front door step, perfect for the dogs. Everything that was needed to know was explained clearly. Lovely views from every window and would definitely stay again.

Great little place, comfortable and handy location.

Easy to find and gain entry. The room was clean, tidy and perfect for a short stay with just about everything you needed including cooking oil, herbs, salt and pepper. There was a Morrisons nearby within walking distance. There's a nature reserve within a couple of minutes walk and red kites fly low over the rooftops. The room was convenient for a visit to an old workmate in Market Harborough and a day out at Rutland Water. Didn't venture into Corby itself so can't comment but there's a bus stop very close by. Would book again if ever in the area.

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

The home was everything I wanted to the day away - everything was spotless and exactly as described. The host was kind, responsive, and gave helpful check in instructions. The place has a cozy vibe that felt comforting. Will definitely be booking for next year.

We had a great time staying here. It’s a lovely area and the condo was great. Toby was very responsive, had detailed instructions for checking in and out, and plenty of helpful recommendations. The area was great and we could walk to loads of lovely restaurants and explore the town easily. Although the condo wasn’t huge it was beautiful and exactly what we needed.

Greeted by Jane when I arrived and she showed me into the apartment. There was everything I needed including milk in the fridge. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation. Brilliant 🤩
