We stayed here to visit my relatives who also live in Acacia Estates. There was a small hiccup prior to checking in but was no big deal. The condo was clean and in great condition (Verawood is one of the nicest communities in Acacia). There is a supermarket, some places to eat, and other services across the street. SM Aura in BGC is about 10-15 minutes drive away, Vista Mall Taguig 5 min away. Overall, a great place to stay and I would book there again.

Ms. Clareyse was very accommodating even though we booked the same day of check in. The building was easy to locate, however the neighbors in other units were a little bit scary cos during our stay someone was banging at other doors and seems to be in rage. As a woman, this was a little bit threatening. But overall, Ms. Clareyese unit was very nice.

This was our second time to book this place. It’s a nice place to stay for families. Clean and complete with amenities as described. Host is very responsive and provides clear instructions. It was also easy to check in. The entire stay was comfortable. Thank you!

Great location. Walking distance to COD, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, and Parqal Mall. The room was big and spacious. Everything was provided. Host was nice and replied quickly whenever we had queries. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Cess!

Our quick decision to extend our trip to Tagaytay after a stay in Liliw turned out to be a fantastic one, thanks to Bethel Home Rentals at Hotel Casiana! Booking was smooth and stress-free, which was a welcome change after some hiccups at our previous accommodation. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. While we didn't have the chance to fully utilize the available cookware, it was a nice amenity to know was there. The bathroom was also good sized. The pool was true to the listing, wonderfully heated. We enjoyed a relaxing dip in the evening without having to brave the Tagaytay chill. We also appreciated the straightforward pool rules – no unnecessary hoops to jump through, just common sense. Overall, Bethel Home Rentals, was a breath of fresh air. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and easy overnight stay.

Hello everyone! My family and I came from Alaska for vacation and we we’re looking for an air BnB to stay in for 2 nights so we can relax from a long day drive from Bicol to manila and long flight from seattle to Philippines. I booked it right away when i saw the nice view and a private area with pool in the other side of the building because my boys wanted to swim and to relax. It is indeed Beautiful place. The house was nice when we arrived and every room has an AC and also the living room thats why it feels so good. We were comfortable especially it’s very hot for us since we came from a cold place. Ralf is very nice and easy to talk to and reply my messages when i have some questions. I highly recommend it.

Mark Gervy’s place is a perfect place for me to stay before going back to US. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. They also have excellent amenities and security guards are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience here at Mark’s place. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Unit was clean and very well equiped with all the essentials, host was responsive. Very nice bear that lives on top of TV set always has a friendly smile for guests.

The best thing about this place is the location. Love it!

We had a great stay and easy checkin and checkout. Launcelot met us at the airport even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Apartment is very safe and just a few minutes walk from Resorts World. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Loved blackout curtains in the bedroom as we had some late nights. Highly recommend the place.

I was amazed of the key locker right at the door of the room. No need to look for it at the mailbox number in the ground flr. Thank you very much😊

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable house within a quiet and peaceful community. The security to enter the community was also good, it makes you feel safe. Ms. Elena also made sure we are taken care of during our stay. There are ready water gallons that we can drink for free and there is no need to look for a laundry place cause there is a washing machine available that you can use.
