Daniella was an amazing host from start to finish. We are a family of 5 with three teenage kids and the space was perfect. Daniella got us a taxi to the airbnb and met us there upon arrival to explain details of the house and surrounding area. She responded immediately with any questions during our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and some extras like adapters and fresh milk for our morning coffee. The view was unbelievable and our favorite part! We used the balcony outside for afternoon snacks and drinks. As other reviews have noted the walk to/from town is steep but we had no trouble and it was well worth the view. Easy walk to the train station, restaurants, and the old part of town. Everything was perfect!

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

Nika is lovely and very welcoming, plus helpful/quick to reply if you need her. The apartment is spacious and clean with every you need in it. We had a lovely stay, the beaches are easy to walk to and there’s no shortage of restaurants to choose from in the old town and on the water front. There’s pastry shops and ice cream shops too :) You’ll need to hire a car if you want to travel around, we picked ours up from the airport and it’s a very straight forward drive to Nika’s.

Wir waren zu dritt für einen Mädelstrip für 3 Nächte in Zadar. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, da sie in der Altstadt liegt, alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und auch die Brücke von der Altstadt runter ist gleich in der Nähe. Sollte man doch mal etwas weiter weg oder vom/zum Flughafen wollen, ist gleich in der Nähe ein idealer Platz um von einem Uber abgeholt zu werden. Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet, erfüllt aber alles, was man für einen Trip braucht, ist gemütlich und sauber - wir waren größtenteils nur Abends/Nachts in der Wohnung. Sie hat auch den idealen Standort um während des Tages zurück zu kommen, wenn man sich mal ausruhen, umziehen oder frischmachen möchte. Es ist innerhalb der Altstadt nie ein weiter Weg. Nina ist eine sehr tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat auf meine Nachrichten immer in kurzer Zeit reagiert, wir haben tolle Tipps erhalten und wir konnten über sie sogar einen Ausflug zu den Plitvicer Seen buchen. Es war sehr unkompliziert und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt

Ali and Vicki are amazing they both were very responsive, helpful and also ensured everything went smoothly from check in to check out! The place is the best views of lake Como you could ask for, I didn’t want to leave the apartment - 3 balconies with 3 breathtaking views plus the listing is clean, warm and feels like home! Topverblijf!! Aanrader! Wij hebben een superweek gehad met 2 gezinnen met oudere kinderen (10 personen). Heerlijk ruim en superschoon huis. Ordelijke inrichting, modern, praktisch. Er is overal aan gedacht. Van wasknijpers tot aluminiumfolie voor de buiten BBQ. Buitenkeuken met koelkast. Meerdere gezellige zitjes binnen/buiten. Genoeg vertier in en rondom het huis. Pooltafel, tafeltennistafel, bal, schommel, spelletje. Fijn zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren!! Gastvrij en flexibel. We zijn ‘s avonds opgehaald van het vliegveld. Verrassend ontvangst met heerlijk hapje en drankje in het prachtige huis. We ontvingen zelfs vers brood. Klein vliegveld Zadar is 10 minuten rijden. Je hoort geen/nauwelijks het geluid van een vliegtuig bij het huis. Huis staat aan de rand van een dorp. Weids uitzicht vanaf het huis/tuin. Rustig verkeer, geen last van de weg. Auto huren om de mooie omgeving te ontdekken en voor de grote boodschappen in Zadar. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!:)

I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

لا يمكن أن اطلب أكثر من هذا، السكن والاطلالة فوق الوصف، يمكن قضاء ايام وليالي فقط في شرفة الشقة.. كانت ايام جميلة حيث الغيوم تلامس الشقة في الصباح. الشبة مجهزة بكل شي ومريحة وآمن جدا. لكن يجب الأخذ بالاعتبار شيئين فقط، وهما لا يوجد تلفاز والماء ضعيف قليلا لكن جميع ما في المكان فوق الوصف ورائع جدا واعتقد اني ساعود يوما ما هنا

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.
