I recently stayed at Kwadwo’s place. I was thoroughly impressed with the safety measures put in place with , CCTV cameras on the compound monitoring movements in and around the house. The photos of the house published on the Airbnb app accurately represented the space. This house has a very large compound which can serve as a playing ground for kids. The apartment complex is situated in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for those seeking a relaxing retreat. I felt completely at ease during my stay and appreciated the serene atmosphere. During my stay, there was a general light out but there was a standby plant that was put on for me immediately. Theodora who is the caretaker of the house was very responsive. She comes in from time to time to check on me , which I truly appreciate. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone prioritizing safety and a tranquil environment. Five star without a doubt! I’m definitely staying at Kwadwo’s house again next time.

The highlight of my weekend wasn’t even how beautiful the rooms were but how kind Kofi was to us. Very patient in dealing with us and so much in a hurry to answer any questions! The house was so serene. Didn’t even feel like we were in Accra! It definitely felt like I was in my dream home. Everything was working and honestly, I don’t think the pictures do enough Justice to how pretty the place is. The bath tub plus Netflix was it for me! I’m definitely going back and I definitely recommend!

Totally impressed with the accommodation. Loved that one could easily walk to the main road where there is a plethora of shops including supermarkets. This was very helpful as I traveled with a toddler. Noah the caretaker is really great and Peter was super responsive, friendly and helpful. Totally fell in love with the place , clean, spotless and functional. I will definitely choose it again. Feels just like home and more

Very nice host and property unfortunately Accra traffic and our work place distance were a hindrance so couldn’t enjoy the full period stay, host very nice in helping us through the process.

The place is actually better in reality than the photos. The furniture and decor are classy and elegant. The place was clean. All the appliances were quality brands and worked perfectly . This place is probably the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed in many. There’s a restaurant and store right inside the compound that are very convenient if you need anything, however late. The place is very secure. My only complaint is that the WiFi was choppy and disappeared occasionally. It might have been the network because my personal portable WiFi didn’t work well either. I will definitely be back.

Sey is superb host! Very attentive and respectful to customers needs. Made me and my child very comfortable and welcomed. The house is beautiful and the pool was the cleanest pool i have wver seen. The location is great to get get away from loud traffic. I would definitely book again! Clean and beautiful property

Jorg’s place was perfect for my trip. I had everything i needed and more . I will surely be back. Jorg didn’t have to but he also went way above and beyond with his treatment. Next time I’m in Accra will have me come back for sure.

Love the place , just needs an extra WiFi upstairs. Rooms are clean very spacious. Guys r nice you will feel safe here. Pool is lovely . Will be coming back on my next trip to Ghana. Just was lovely as well. Thanks for having us

Nice centrally located apartment complex with gym, pool, and restaurant. When a couple of minor wifi connectivity and AC issues came up, I messaged Michael and he was able to respond and resolve very rapidly. Definitely recommend this place.

My stay at Pamv Estate was exceptional. The environment is clean, secure, and well-maintained. Staff provided prompt, courteous service throughout. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and professionalism.

Peter and Nana were so friendly and welcoming hosts. The gatekeeper was also really friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice and cozy in a quiet area and everything they said they had, they did. The location isn’t hard to find either and there are some shops and stores a walking distance from the apartment. The wifi was good on most days and they even had a backup for when it wasn’t. It felt really secure and we never felt unsafe at any point. And in the occasion that the power goes out, you wouldn’t notice much because there is a backup generator. The hosts were available to solve any challenge we had as well. If you’re hovering over the listing debating whether to book or not, then I’d recommend you give them a shot.
