Highly recommend staying at the villa! The place is stunning, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The location is within walking distance of everything around the Old Town and night markets. Minh and Tam were also really friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations and offered to organise cars and transport for us when whenever we went out. They checked up on us daily to see if we needed anything and honestly, this is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay in Tri’s place was truly amazing. Tri kindly organised airport pickup for us and made sure we had a smooth check in. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with Tri’s team who were extremely welcoming and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed for our stay in Hoi An. From recommending local restaurants and arranging activities, everything was taken care of for our trip. Tri and his team went above and beyond for us during our stay, which we really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend this villa enough!

We were relaxing with friends. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool was cool, it was cleaned several times during our stay. The host is very responsive, quickly answered all our questions. Garbage was collected every day. There is a great coffee shop near the house where you can drink coffee, and there are also many grocery stores around. The location is convenient, you can quickly get to any part of the city. When we arrived, the host prepared cold water and fruit for us, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this host's villa.

Michelle was very accommodating. We were in transit and she was flexible with check in time and stored our luggage after check out. This was enormously considerate as we were traveling with young children. Location is very close to Han market and walking distance to many great restaurants. Would come again the next time we are in vietnam.

No words to explain how lovely this stay was. Dinh was the most amazing host. So thoughtful, caring and sweet. We accidentally booked a night less than we were meant too and she let us move into the other room she has available. She gave us advice for activities, her food at her restaurant was so good! Super helpful with other things like flexible check in, extra pillows etc and the place was better than we expected. Would have loved to stay here longer but would definitely come back

Very nice spacious villa. Nice contact and also short-term services were no problem. Right on the sea, which was beautiful and almost empty. Private pool, public pool. Unfortunately, if you put food out in the open, ants were there quickly, but it's not that bad. But you should know if you're sensitive. All in all recommended!

great place if you go with big family. great locations and many restaurants within 5 mins walk and near to the beach

I was able to check in a little early on my schedule, and the location is near Da Nang Han Market, making it the best location for sightseeing in the city.

It was nice to be able to use good facilities for the price.

Best place in Vietnam during our journey, quiet and relaxing place, we enjoyed the room because the bed (very comfortable), the bathroom clean with hooks which was missing during our journey, this is useful for the towel (they provide plenty towels). They kept our luggage for 5 hours.

I extended my stay here because the apartment is so good. Lee is really helpful host and confirmed it quickly. The view is just awesome and you can do a lot of things here. Apartment is as described in the picture. Just go book it and enjoy your time.

We had such a great stay at Lyn’s apartment - the place was very clean and in a great location. We would absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed the little apartment with the balcony and beautiful pool. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, beautiful rice fields and a convenient scooter rental service (they bring it to you and take it back). The bed is more comfortable then ours at home. We liked the animal noises of the goats and chickens around. Nana always responded quickly for any kind of request. Highly recommend!

Such a cute little studio apartment! I booked very last minute but Huong was still very responsive and accommodating! It was stocked with all the basic amenities, and even if it was out of something, Huong was quick to grab it for us! The elevator was also down for a bit but maintenance was super quick to fix the problem as well. The area was nice and was in walking distance to a lot of spots. I would book again for my next trip to Vietnam!

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

It’s one of the best Airbnb I have been staying. The place is clean, modern style, and gorgeous view. Danh is really helpful, responsive and supportive. I will definitely stay with her again whenever I come to Da Nang. There is a pool on the rooftop, it’s incredible place to stay with your family and kids. Love it.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

I stayed in Da Nang for 3 days. It was so cool. My Khe Beach right in front of the accommodation was so pretty, and there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient. The host was there to meet us early, who arrived at dawn, and gave us a detailed explanation after guiding us to the accommodation. I liked that it was neat and clean. I recommend it if you are staying in Da Nang.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
