Beautiful! One of the best homes we found on our travels. Everything new and perfect, spacious and quiet house, wonderful. Michal is very attentive and helpful, a very attentive and kind person. We stayed three nights with our little son to go to the hot springs. It's perfect, you can walk. The house is equipped with everything you can imagine, the beds are very comfortable. Private parking, garden available, children's games, barbecue and relaxing atmosphere. We definitely recommend it!

Ondřej's beautiful house is the perfect place if you need a break in the middle of nature. The house offers everything to feel comfortable: comfortable beds, a large kitchen, a beautiful garden, two bathrooms, a sauna and beautiful & lovingly selected inventory. The house is so big that you can get away very well with 10 people. The area offers many great hiking trails, ski slopes and sights (e.g. old war bunker). Ondřej was accessible and helpful at all times. Our stay was beautiful and we'll be thinking about next time we're coming!

We were there over Easter with 2 families (9 people) and felt very comfortable. The house is really very spacious and offers plenty of space, so you can also retreat. We often used the sauna in the basement, works perfectly. There is a small fee to pay for it. In one of the bedrooms there is an additional infrared cabin :-) It's a good hiking area. Hiking maps are available at the tourist information office in the village. We recommend the signposted path to the Schwarze Desse waterfall and then on to the reservoir. The only drawback: the house is right on the street, but that's also what it says in the listing. All in all a very successful vacation and a great house. We had a very nice stay over Easter. Miroslav is very friendly and accommodating. We lacked nothing and we would book again anytime.

The place is really cozy and peaceful, but a few things can be improved in my opinion. The lack of mirrors in the bathrooms, and closing the door is a little uncomfortable, there were no towel racks, the kitchen table was missing, and the photos from the listing were missing. However, this does not change the fact that these are details that can be worked out. In general, I sincerely recommend this place, clean, warm, quiet, close to the slopes, very good contact with the owner. The amount for the rental is appropriate to the conditions.

There were 9 of us in the accommodation. The house is great and offers everything you need. 3 different grills are available (smoker, Weber and open grill bowl). Multiple showers and toilets make it much easier when traveling with a large group. The house has several rooms with 3 or 2 beds. The view of the canal is awesome. I highly recommend booking the place along with the bar. The bar is awesome. Plenty of space, music system, projector, TV, stage, light music and a beer tap are provided. This takes barbecuing in the evening and partying together to a new level:) Right in front of the house there is plenty of free parking available for easily 7-10 cars. Nearby (max 5-10 minutes by car) there are many. Grocery shopping from well-known supermarkets. Michal is a friendly, helpful and a great host. We will be happy to come back! Thank you

Great stay, there was nothing missing. The pool is large and clean. Everything is nice and well maintained. The house is large and clean with several bathrooms. Many entertainment options. (Basketball, soccer, handball, swimming tires, Playstation,.... ) Only a ping-pong table was missing. (but it was not important for us) It's definitely worth the price. There's nothing negative to report.

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. The quiet and undisturbed location is very nice. Behind the house is the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as a beer garden with playground in summer. Highly recommended for families.

The place was great, even more beautiful than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. Someone came by twice a day and heated it up. If anyone is wondering now if there was possibly no warm water at times or if it gets cold in the accommodation, I can give the all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water (13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat the room was very friendly and always very careful not to attract attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. An absolute tranquil space with every amenity you could ever need. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house looks like it was built yesterday. Extremely clean. I believe the cleaning team forgot to refresh the shower gel. Lucie responded to my message within minutes and 15 minutes later, they delivered brand new soap. That deserves to be highlighted because her attention to her guests is important. The house is very peaceful with mood lighting in every room, plenty of AC if needed, soft and comfortable beds, comfy furniture, an incredible outdoor space with lots of seating. Even a hammock to relax in! The hot tub worked perfectly and even had the easy open handle system to remove the cover. This is truly one rental you do not want to miss!

The host was very receptive , always gives us the support at every need . The place was clean and very cosy . For sure the colleagues stayed there will come back .

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

overall we had a wonderful stay, well situated for access to forests for walking and mushroom foraging, comfortable, excellent communication and flexibility from hosts three small niggles were the requirement for an additional deposit to be paid outside of the airbnb platform, foam mattresses, and neighbourhood dogs that failed to respect the nighttime noise curfew
