The apartment is in a new block, where I provide a large, spacious room with a kitchenette, fully equipped, with a balcony, in a good location, excellent access by both public transport and car. A bus stop is 300 meters away, and there are shops and a park nearby. The apartment is bright, sunny, spacious, in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels, cosmetics, iron, dryer, washing machine and dishwasher. A wardrobe is also available. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony

Włókna Inn is a modern, heated/air-conditioned, fully equipped cottage surrounded by forests and lakes. There is also a large 1000 sqm garden. On the large 70 sqm terrace there is furniture for relaxation, a tub, a barbecue, and an umbrella. The cottage is located about 160 m from Włókno Lake, and the beaches are about 700 m away. Kayak available. We follow the ALL INCLUDED principle, i.e. you pay once for everything. There are no additional fees for pets, firewood, utilities, parking, cleaning, etc.

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

I have a perfectly located apartment for you: in a quiet, peaceful, green estate, and at the same time close to the center – only 1 tram stop! On site, you will enjoy a bedroom and a sunny living room, a kitchen where you can easily prepare meals and a spacious balcony overlooking the center of Poznań. I took care of the apartment as best I could. However, if there's anything else you need, I'm close – I live with my family next door.
