A beautiful house in beautiful settings. Our favorite part was the garden surrounding the house- pure magic.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super. Die Unterkunft und der Außenbereich sowie der Pool waren sehr geräumig und man hatte durch den Ausblick ein Gefühl von Freiheit. George war ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anfragen geantwortet. Direkt vor der Villa verläuft eine viel befahrene Straße. Wer empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, sollte das berücksichtigen. Uns persönlich hat dies aber nicht beeinflusst und wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt hat uns der zweiwöchige Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

The house was really nice with a perfect garden. Jacuzzi and pool were great. It was private enough, but still close to everything.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Our stay at Haritos’ place was amazing. The Airbnb is located in a beautiful mountain village with a stunning view and a very peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the house was exactly what we needed — comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Haritos was a friendly and attentive host. We would definitely come back!

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is een heel compleet vakantieverblijf! Met een lekker zwembad, zitjes voor en achter het huis en een redelijk ruime woning is het er prima om te verblijven. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door een meer dan volle mand met allerlei etenswaren, ook een gevulde koelkast en meer dan genoeg andere spullen om niet meteen naar een supermarkt te moeten voor het eten de eerste dag(en)! De woning is helemaal voorzien van alle benodigdheden om te koken, te wassen en te verblijven! De ligging van het huis is in een rustige buurt, binnen 5 minuten sta je aan het strand en met de auto is de locale supermarkt ook in een paar minuten bereikt (te voet ongeveer 25 minuten wandelen). Een auto is raadzaam om het eiland te verkennen, het openbaar vervoer stopt overigens ook vlak bij het huis. Svetlana reageert bijzonder snel op gestuurde berichten, helaas hebben we haar niet persoonlijk gezien om haar te bedanken. Een perfecte aanrader voor een heerlijke vakantie!

BİR gün bu ikiz villa da konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık! 🌅 Teras manzarası gerçekten muhteşem! Yüksekten deniz manzarasını izlemek harikaydı. Özellikle sabahları balkonda kahve içmek çok keyifliydi. 🛏️ çarşaflar tertemizdi, her şey önceden hazırlanmıştı. 🧼 Havlular, sabun ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. 🌬️ Klima çalışıyordu — sıcak iklimde bu çok önemliydi. 🍳 Sabahları bizi lezzetli ve doyurucu bir kahvaltı bekliyordu, bu da gerçekten çok hoş bir ayrıntıydı. 🎬 Akşamları ev sineması ile film izlemek çok keyifliydi — ses sistemi harikaydı. 🪞 İç dekorasyon özenle düşünülmüş — küçük ve ilginç detaylar (örneğin, küçük iskelet figürü) ve ikonlar eve sıcaklık ve karakter katıyordu. 👤 Ev sahibi ise çok nazik, yardımsever ve ilgili biriydi. Karşılama konusunda yardımcı oldu, sorularımıza hemen cevap verdi ve konaklamamızı çok rahat hale getirdi. 🌟 Sessizlik, huzur ve güzel bir atmosfer arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum!

Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en iyi evlerden biriydi. Konumu, sessizliği, mimarisi ve evin sunduğu olanaklar gerçekten harikaydı. Ev sahibine neredeyse 7/24 ulaşabiliyorsunuz, bu da büyük bir avantaj. Sadece bir banyoda sıcak su problemi ve WC’deki musluk arızası dışında her şey çok iyiydi. Genel olarak bu eve puanım 9

Ubytovanie bolo skvelé. Apartmán bol priestranný, čistý, interiér zdobili handmade dekorácie, s dvoma priestrannými spálňami a klimatizáciou v každej izbe, čo bolo v horúčavách na nezaplatenie. Bazén priamo pri objekte bol stále čistý, dobre udržiavaný a voda príjemne teplá. Pri príchode nás milo prekvapili vychladené nápoje v chladničke, čo bolo skvelé gesto po dlhej ceste. Majiteľ bol vždy ochotný, komunikatívny a pripravený pomôcť. K dispozícii je aj súkromné kryté parkovacie miesto. Najznámejšie pláže v okolí sú ľahko dostupné autom do pár minút. Celkovo veľmi príjemný pobyt plný šnorchlovania, pre nás určite jeden z najlepších.

Die Gegend ist nicht aufregend. Mit dem Auto kann man etwas unternehmen aber es dauert ein bisschen. Die Wohnung ist schön, für meinen Geschmack gibt es hört aber zu viel unnötigen Schnickschnack, der in der Wohnung herum steht. Es gibt gefühlt 5 Aschenbecher (obwohl man nicht in der Wohnung rauchen darf), Obst aus Plastik, in jedem Zimmer kleine Mülleimer, viel Wandbehang. Nicht mein Stil und sehr überfüllt! Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, da er nicht attraktiv im Hinterhof eingesperrt ist. Die Adresse von der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit der im Inserat überein. ABER die Gastgeberin ist toll, sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung insgesamt auch toll. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt Denkt an Mückenspray!

What a fantastic villa, the location is superb with the villa located directly on the beach. We stayed end March / beginning April and very rarely saw anyone else on the beach. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was perfect. The villa is private but had so much to keep my teen boys occupied - a massive very clean swimming pool, ping pong table, pool table, basketball court, football, dart board and kayaks. The weather was also good enough for swimming in the sea. The check in process was very easy and the villa had everything we needed. Zacharias was easily contactable if we needed anything. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei backto Nature wirklich sehr genießen können! Unsere Kinder haben den Spielplatz und den Pool total gefeiert und wir Eltern konnten hier richtig runterfahren! Ich würde sagen, es ist ein magischer Ort, welcher hier geschaffen wurde - für die Seele!

Martins apartment exactly as listed had everything he described plus extra touches like tea bags coffee sugar wine and water on arrival. Apartment spotlessly clean very comfortable the complex extremely clean all pools great well maintained and had life guards at both. The apartment close to all amenities shops bars and restaurants hickory’s was our favourite Venus beach exquisite just get there early could imagine quite hard to get sun beds at peak holiday times. Martin was easy to communicate with and even arranged for taxi to pick us up at airport. In summery great apartment well worth the money great place and lovely people will definitely stay at martins again if visiting pathos loved everything 👍👍

We loved our stay! I’d definitely book this lovely cabin if you’re staying in Cyprus! We were surprised with how many amenities were provided, from card games to appliances, everything was great. You do require a car, and i’d recommend something like a small SUV or bigger. We had a small hatchback, which wasn’t too ideal for the dirt path leading up to the house, but still manageable. Finding the road entrance was quite tricky when we first arrived. The entrance doesn’t show on regular maps, only on a satellite view. There are green signs from there directing you. The cabin is located really nicely between everything, 1h1/2 from Paphos, same for Ayia Napa, and you are right nearby the mountains for some unreal views. The private pool is a great facility, completely private, and a good way to soak in the sun. Despite being hidden away and private, shops, petrol stations etc are just down the road. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. The host was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect, the apartment is cozy clean and has anything you might need for your staying and the balcony is a big plus. The apartment is exactly located in a middle distance from the 2 important sites of the city, 15minutes walking north untill finikoudes and 15minutes walking south untill mackenzie. The neighborhood is calm, just a few minutes walking to the beach, petros supermarket is 2 streets away and there are many authentic restaurants nearby. Last but not least, the owners are very kind, fast responding and helpfull. The checkin and checkout were smooth and easy to do. I highly recomand this apartment 🥰👍

We had a fantastic stay at Lenos’s place! The villa has a truly authentic feel that made the experience special and relaxing. The pool is absolutely amazing, and the bathtub was a great bonus for winding down. Lenos himself was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is perfect: close enough to the center of Ayia Napa to enjoy everything easily, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a mix of charm, comfort, and convenience.

I could not have asked for kinder hosts. Some arrangements I had made for my trip did not go to plan, but the hosts were so helpful that I soon forgot about the issues I had! Gave some amazing recommendations, were amazingly responsive and welcomed me with such warmth. I look forward to coming back to the area some day and hope the cottage is available!

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!
