Guesthouse vacation rentals in Cyprus

My review is for Sabor Residences not this listing, as there was a double booking. Fatma offered a room at Sabor Residences which has its own gorgeous big bathroom. It was one of 5/6 rooms in the guesthouse next to the lovely Sabor Restaurant and I enjoyed my stay immensely. Fatma was very responsive and also allowed me to check in very early. The large room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with 2 single beds and kettle with cups and plenty of coffee and tea available. I have not doubt the original room would have been good too but this was excellent, wonderful value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here. It’s close to all the shops, restaurants, bars, bus stops and Ledra Crossing. Wifi was good too! Thanks Fatma!

Our stay at Andreas place was absolutely awesome! The apartment and especially the surroundings were even more beautiful than expected. Andreas was always very helpful and brought us plenty of delicious snacks. I can 100% recommend the apartment!

Very comfortable cozy little house only 10mins walk from the sea and restaurants. Close enough to the action but calm enough to get good sleep. All the amenities you need, comfortable beds, clean, good shower, and utensils for cooking as well as avaliable coffee and sugar for breakfast. David and Elina which I met upon departure are very kind and looking forward to seeing them again with the family!

Fatma Hanım valizlerimle geçmek zor olacağı için bir önceki kaldığım evden özel aracıyla aldı beni yolumun üzeri diyerek. Çok tatlı ve sevecen birisi :) Lefkoşa'da lezzetli yemekleri olan bir restoranları var. Sabor. Konaklarsanız gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Olanaklar, ortak kullanım alanları, konum... Her şey açıklamalarda bahsedildiği gibi. Ev surlar içinde, Girne Kapısı'na 5 6 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Yani oldukça merkezi. Biz memnun kaldık ❤

Very nice place and for a good price. Nice views and beautiful yard👌🏼only downside is that hard to find and there was some flies inside when we came. We arrived late at night but she was very kind and helped us even though she was probably asleep already :)

Guys This apartament is such a amazing place for stay. I was whole 2 weeks there with my friends. The apartament is perfect for young people or for families. The garden is so beautiful we eat a lot of fruits from there. Demetris is perfect owner, we had a pleasure to met his mother and cousin. We had amazing time with them. The location is very quite and safe. I recomend you to rent a car if you want to vistit more places on this island. If we had problem with ac or we needed someting more Demetris was always in touch with us and help with everything just like his familly. The apartament is very clean, there is a lot of space on the patio for rest. The check in and out is so flexible. For sure I will be back with more of my friends ! We had a very nice stay in the village! The apartment was the cleanest one we had during our vacation. Our highlight were the sun terrace and the lovely cats, especially Jonni. We can recommend to stay in Doukani House. Hiking places, like Madari Trail, are close and easy to reach with a car.

Wir verbrachten zwei wundervolle Wochen Anfang April in „The Annex“ auf Letymvou Terrace – sehr empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage auf einer Bergkuppe bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick. Der schöne Poolbereich mit Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen lädt zum Entspannen ein – ideal nach Wanderungen und Besichtigungen. Unsere Gastgeber Christian, Wendy, Otto und Pascal waren herzlich, aufmerksam und hatten tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen. Das kostenlose Frühstück mit täglich frischen, selbstgebackenen Brötchen war köstlich. Das von uns dazugebuchte Abendessen mit hausgemachten Hongkong-chinesischen Gerichten und zypriotischem Weißwein war ein Highlight. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

A very nice and quiet place if you want to be close to, but outside of, Girne. The host was very nice and responsive, the mountain view is beautiful, the place was suited very well for excursions with a car, and in my case - an easy 15 minutes walk from the Girne - Lapta road, where you can catch a dolmuş during most of the day.

Amazing location and apartment

Vi havde et dejligt og afslappet ophold. Elenis familie er utroligt gæstfrie og imødekommende. Der er ikke det store at lave i nærområdet, men vi nød naturen og stilheden, samt poolen i den skønne have.

Absolutely loved Christofis place, lovely quiet location, close to the hospital and around €13 taxi ride into the holiday resort of Pafos. The studio is excellent value for money and contains everything you need for a comfortable stay. Christofis is more than accommodating and helped me out with any questions about the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this accommodation for a couple looking for a clean and quiet stay just a short walk away from the old town of Pafos

The apartments were very clean and spacious, there were absolutely no downsides except for the location.

A great place for the price! We had a rental car, and there’s a parking lot right next to the building!

The appartment was booked for my Husband and our son. They visited Limassol for a Tennis Tournamnet. They liked the place, which was clean and had all what they needed for their stay. There is a shop and the restaurant near which was nice for them. Easy check in and available parking.
