The moment you arrive in the villa’s stunning courtyard; you are in paradise. It’s a perfect stage for this stylish contemporary home with mesmerizing views. Lush gardens are filled with the fragrance of jasmine, colorful allemande and vivid bougainvillea anchored with magnificent palms. The covered walkway, as beautiful in daylight as in night time, is flanked on either side with small pools planted with tropical water foliage. Enter the double door and the panoramic view spreads before you like a dramatic mural. From the main terrace, the sweeping vistas stretch from La Samanna on Long Bay Beach westward to Plum Bay Beach; from the roof top lounge it is 360. The photogenic sunsets are simply spectacular. The layout takes full advantage of the villa’s visual assets. Deep covered loggias, supported by soft grey concrete columns, and sunning terraces flow around the house. Dining and lounging areas are strategically positioned to observe the view. The stunning infinity pool coils like a nautilus shell into an infinity jet tub. The interiors seamlessly connect with the exterior spaces. Floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open completely to the outside. Although very secluded, you are very close to amenities. Long Bay and Plum Bay beach are nearby. 10 minute drive brings you to the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and the Creole Market. Belle Fontaine

The picturesque approach to Belle Fontaine sets the mood for this elegant French Provence meets Creole style villa. A long stone walled drive, lined with tropical flowers and shrubs, brings you to the entrance filled with architectural beauty. Coral stones embedded with colorful ceramic tiles, Moorish inspired arches and windows trimmed in blue, country style shutters and terracotta roof offer an exotic tropical welcome. From the moment you step inside, the view spans before you. Swaying palms frame the sapphire blue sea, endless sky and the outline of Saba. Colorful tropical gardens surround the house and deck. The mood is very peaceful. Set in expansive epi wood, the new double pool dazzles in blues. The smaller pool is inset with a tiled table, just waiting for your cold beverage. The larger pool is for swimming under the Caribbean sun. Surrounding the pool is crisp blue and white deck furniture that perfectly complements the view. Tall palms and native boulders accent the deck. A large gazebo, set to one side of the terrace, contains generous seating for lounging and dining, plus a built in BBQ. It’s a superb place to relax and watch the colorful sunsets. The cool interiors are designed to take full advantage of the view. Floor to ceiling glass doors, terracotta floors, high vaulted ceilings and arched windows accent the spacious areas for seating and dining. The décor blends modern exotic lines with the softness of Provence. Rattan, teak and bleached woods are adorned with white and blue fabrics. Underfoot, oriental carpets add exotic color; eclectic decorative pieces complement the mood. The large, well equipped kitchen has a French country attitude. Large arched windows bring in the view and connect the kitchen to the terrace. Although quite secluded you are close to the Terres Basses beaches. You are two minutes to Baie Nettle and seven minutes to the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, the Creole Market, galleries and shopping. It’s a 10 minute drive to the airport and 30 minutes to both Grand Case and Phillipsburg. Mariposa is an elegant Caribbean style villa with a romantic tropical atmosphere. Terracotta floors edged with painted tiles flow throughout the interior and exterior. White walls, tiled roof, stone columns all add traditional architectural beauty. Lush pink bougainvillea and palm filled gardens, set in green lawns, draw the eye straight to breathtaking panoramic views of the brilliant blue sea and sky. All this being framed by arched walls surrounding the turquoise pool. The house is perfect for outdoor living and entertaining with multi-level terraces that descend from the main level to the large horseshoe shaped pool and beyond to the lawn. Multiple al fresco dining and seating areas take full advantage of the view; whether privately or together with friends and family. If you wish to relax inside, while still enjoying sea views, step into the large comfortable living room with 40” flat screen satellite TV/DVD, stereo system, and full sized pool table. Adjacent to the interior dining and living room is a well-equipped kitchen fitted with fine dinner & glass ware and everything required for a gourmet meal. Open to the view, the kitchen connects the chef with the guests or prepare your al fresco meal on the built in gas barbeque. The four exterior access bedrooms are equal size and air conditioned. Two are placed at each end of the villa; one upper and one lower. The décor in each room is filled with airy, romantic style heightened by high vaulted ceiling and wicker, rattan or dark wood tropical furnishings accented with white and cream fabrics. Every room has sea or pool views plus private terraces and interior seating. The bathrooms are uniquely decorated in richly colored traditional tiles and sinks from Provence.
