Fantastic stay. Beautiful and well appointed cottage with lovely gardens. Only a short drive into town. Susanne and Jason are very accommodating and welcoming hosts. Great value, you won’t be disappointed!

This place was outstanding! We couldn’t fault one thing! Every aspect of this home was immaculately presented. The cleanliness was 100% and the towels/linens were of luxurious quality. Cannot recommend highly enough- the tent is so luxurious and comfortable in a beautiful setting, the fire place and pit and the outside bath make it a perfect winter getaway, and Toby and Helen were such lovely hosts! We arrived to complementary wine, cheese and chocolates and a lovely hand written card of welcome- really nice touches we felt very lucky! Thankyou so much Helen and Toby

Beautiful home, everything was just perfect. Thomas was very friendly to deal with and went above and beyond for our stay. Very thankful and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the place. The kids loved the experience of feeding the animals as well as the tranquility of the place. We also enjoyed the fire pit & fire place experience. Peter is very helpful and gave great recommendations around the area. The location is private but very accessible to the town of Orange.

Emily was thoughtful and accommodating host, place was nice and clean, great mattresses and bed linen was fresh and cozy. kitchen was clean and all the dishes was good withouth greasy feel to it. House had spectacular view. Only one thing for me, I wish property had trees that change colour in autumn as it would definitely add charm to it, may be in future 😊

Ideal for us as we had separate bedrooms with ensuites but combined lounge dining areas where could mingle. Accommodation was well maintained, very bad storms during our stay meant the surrounding grounds were damaged with sun shades blown off and gardens wind swept, but that was the result of mother nature not Angela.

Lovely family sized property set in a very peaceful location and very conveniently located with a few mins to Bathurst race course and town centre. House had lots of thoughtful supplies - such as extra towels, kitchen supplies and games. Felt very homely and comfortable.

We stayed at sublimity for the second time. It is in such a great location,quiet and peaceful and has everything and much more to feel at home straight away. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is packed with fresh juice, milk and bread and some extra baked goodies for breakfast. We will be back.
