The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. Steve and I are delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor, one bedroom studio apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a four minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants both locally and in the adjoining suburbs of Byron Bay and Bangalow. And there is no need to pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied. Come visit!

Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed
