Family-friendly vacation rentals in Culburra Beach

A very comfortable house for a family group in great location in Kiama Downs, walking distance to the shops and beach. Very nice amenities including the spa and a big terrace. Good yard for the dogs too.

The property was beautiful and easy to find with Nadja’s directions. The views from the bathroom were amazing and my wife and I were able to relax in the spa whilst looking at the landscape. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was tidy, the hosts were very nice and we would 100% stay again!

From the moment we arrived every detail about guest experience has been thought of. There are so many little, thoughtful details that truly make you feel so welcomed. My highlights were; meeting Greg who was putting the horses to bed and happy for us to wander up and have a chat and meet the animals. The two dogs Chum and Bundy were really friendly and up for a pat. Plus, the duck pond with the viewing platform and seat. So cute! The firepit had all the wood and was ready to go which I really regret not making the most of this. The personalised card, treats and breakfast was really sweet, and they provided tips on making the most of the claw foot bath tub. It's hard to find an AirBNB that still cares so much about guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses and alpacas in the paddock, and waking up in the morning with the view of the horses frolicking around. It's was an unreal experience that allowed us to unwind from our busy lives

We really enjoyed our stay for a girls long weekend. The fireplace heated the house quickly and well stocked with wood. The hot tub was a great addition. Everything was clean and tidy. Terri was really proactive in messages, giving clear & comprehensive instructions ahead of time. It’s in a great location at the end of the main street so walkable to all of town, does bring some occasional light traffic noise however. Was perfect for what we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay, so well located for the beach and also shops / restaurants. Comfortable beds and furnishings and great extras like sunscreen. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful few days at the Retreat at Renfrew. Family were over visiting from Scotland and the space was ideal for everyone. The kids loved the chickens and collecting the eggs every morning. We even baked a cake for a birthday celebration whilst we were there as the oven was great. The dog absolutely loved the gardens and once the chickens and the dog got the strength of each other she was running up and down the different levels all day. Ideal location perfect for family or group getaways. Loved it would definitely recommend and hopefully be back again

A wonderful place in the country for a short break with the dogs for my daughter and her husband. I booked at very last minute due to the flooding in the mid north coast and Ellen and Tim were so responsive and accommodating accepting our booking so late and making it happen. They had been before and the experience was just as perfect - and super understanding of the dogs muddy feet due to all the rain. Thank you so much - we will be back again for longer next time.

Such a cozy and cute cottage for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. We loved staying here - seeing the horses and cows, and relaxing in the hot tub. Kate was very responsive as well for anything we needed.

My wife, our dog and I had a very relaxing stay. Weather wasn't so kind but the accommodation was comfortable and homely. Excellent price, great backyard for our little puppy. Very private, we would stay here again

Robin kindly accommodated our booking made at the last minute which we greatly appreciate. The house was beautifully presented and had everything we could have needed including a beautiful garden and outdoor entertaining space that we loved. The house is right on the beach and the sounds of the ocean and water view were made for relaxation, just what we needed. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to ammenities but away from the hustle and bustle. We will definitely look to rebook with Robin again in future.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get away including our pups. I would highly recommend this house for your next getaway. Vanessa was incredibly nice and accommodating to our needs with our baby. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and host.

Absolute 10/10 stay! Everything was perfect from the tiny details (robes, slippers, tea, milk, olive oil) to the things on offer (board games, yoga mats and snorkles). The house was beautifully designed and super clean, with absolutely everything we could have needed and more. We had such a good time, we ended up extending our stay for an extra night! Will be recommending to all friends and family. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much to Rob and Bede for the excellent staycation.

From the moment my husband and I opened the door Rennie beach house felt like home ,stunning better than the photos. Everything is thought off plenty of room and area to relax unwind and enjoy quiet reading time and the sounds of ocean birds and just chilling this is the place. We have already recommend to friends and will return thankyou Thérèse for being an exceptional host.

Honestly, no notes for our stay at Marie’s — everything was just spot on. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and waking up to those stunning views each morning was such a treat. We especially loved stumbling across the kangaroos, spotting dolphins, and diving into the ocean for daily swims. Couldn’t have asked for more — highly recommend!

We loved staying at Bronwyns place. It was really nice, clean and homely and a perfect set up for dogs and babies. It’s in a beautiful setting and Bronwyn was an exceptional host who gave us great local Recommendations and tips. We loved the birds around the property itself was so peaceful. Perfect for a little family holiday.

Michael's place was absolutely perfect for any one travelling with a furry friend or not. It was comfortable and clean and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Great location and peaceful area. Our family had a wonderful time. Would/ will re book again when we head down again. Thanks again Michael. PS: The wine was a wonderful touch on arrival.

Jennifer and David were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. The home is very well equipped with kitchen and BBQ equipment and utensils and some great essential basics in the pantry as well as supplying us with milk, bread, butter and eggs to get us started. The beds are very comfortable with lovely bed linen. There is fully ducted air conditioning which could warm up the place very quickly when needed. There is a TV with Foxtel. Vineyard Vista is located very close to three wineries, Mountain Ridge, Coolangatta Estate and Two Figs, with even more wineries within the district. We visited all three for wine tasting and had lunch at Coolangatta and it was very nice, however, we may try the pizzas at Mountain Ridge next time along with their locally brewed beer and some lovely wine. Shoalhaven Heads gold course is about a 3 minute drive, as is the surf club and the lovely Shoalhaven River and the pub has a great view of this too. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Huskisson. The property was lovely and very clean, neat and tidy. Super close to the main drag of Husky which was fantastic to walk to restaurants and shops and Husky pub. Shane was a fantastic host, we accidentally left behind some items and he very kindly dropped them off to us in our home town, what a legend! Thanks for a great stay. We will be back 🙂

We recently enjoyed a beautiful 3 night stay at Diana’s gorgeous apartment in Mollymook. It surpassed our expectations. The apartment has all necessary amenities & is very spacious with sea views. A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Incredible location with an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean that makes this property really unique. The home is a short drive to most places that you’d want to visit in the area, and there are bush walking trails near by also. If you are after a special location with an ocean panorama as your backdrop, then this home will not disappoint.

Skyview Villa was such a wonderful place to relax in. The location is superb, with views that can leave you gazing for hours! The villa had everything we needed, and was a fabulous home away from home for 3 days. The regular kangaroo parade was a delightful bonus! Eva was a lovely, caring and conscientious host, and a pleasure to communicate with.

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

Carole's Cabin was beautifully situated in peaceful surroundings as part of a Country and Golf Club just a few minutes from the centre of town. We saw Wombats and it was leafy and serene. Easy to find and perfect for a weekend stay or longer. The bathroom was large and very clean and she has aircon, heating in the bedroom and so it was nice and warm for those colder nights. She commiunicated very well and sent us detailed instructions. Many Thanks!
