This trip is the multiple times I’ve rented Brian‘s place, it is so comfortable half the time I don’t even go out. Beds are comfortable, furniture is amazing. The location is ideal. Very very comfortable place with all the amenities you ever need. Like a home away from home situation. Brian is a great host very attentive. Always checking in seeing how I was doing. if you’re going to Cucuta this is definitely a must stay well worth the money.

It is a safe location where the tower is located, building staff are nice and friendly. And the Apt itself was spotless. The cleaning lady is very approachable. Good location, very comfortable apartments with everything you need Friendly concierge, the only bad thing is that it does not have thermopanel windows and the apartment is on an avenue where you can hear absolutely everything All the motorcycles and vehicles that passed by until dawn could be heard. It was hard to rest. I was with a 3-month-old baby and it was difficult to get her to sleep. should invest in noise-insulating windows to make the stay completely enjoyable, or specify this in the review.

The apartment is very nice, the service is impeccable, very collaborative and helpful, but the only bad thing about the apartment is its location, since it is very far from the city of Cúcuta, there is no public transport and to get around you must have a private car or use a taxi and Uber. This is the only place that I see for this apartment, the rest is fine

Beautiful apartment, in a very nice private set!!! The excellent location, for those who know cucuta is in the entire AV 0 in front of a supermarket, pharmacy, dolarcity, bakery, ATMs, bancolombia and davivienda, food sales, I really couldn't have a better location.
