Vacation rentals in Cuartel V

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo's Airbnb! We stayed during our wedding weekend and the accommodation was perfect! Bright, comfortable and well-equipped, even on rainy days we really enjoyed it. Eduardo was super nice to us, and helped us make that weekend super special. We definitely recommend it!!

Everything was excellent 10 points. Everything was clean and tidy, as it appeared in the publication, and there were some nice little touches

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

We spent a month here and had enough time to form a complete impression. Pros: - Great view (6th floor) - Safe neighborhood, with lots of cafés and small shops nearby - Private grill on the balcony - Comfortable bed - Heated floors - Washing machine - Good communications, Janu is a welcoming owner and speaks English well Cons: - It can get a bit noisy in the living room, especially if you open the window, since the apartment is located near a road. However, it is quiet in the bedroom, and the noise does not disturb sleep. - Appartment was a bit dusty when we moved in, my wife had to clean the floor so that we could walk around without shoes Overall, we had a very positive living experience.

A beautiful apartment to relax and unwind, also with an excellent location and atmosphere. Flor and Nano are excellent hosts, always available for any questions or needs, definitely a place we would like to return to!

Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

We loved the place.. the apartment is very cozy. We love the fact that all outlets are already adapted! Everything was very perfect! It was really worth it! I'll be back soon.

The apartment is spacious and well located. It has everything you need and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The internet worked well. One thing to mention is that there is a school with a backyard beside the apartment which is very noisy during the day (kids yelling during recess) even with everything closed. However that may not be a concern if you are planning to be out exploring the city during the day. Overall it was a great stay.
