The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

Hermoso lugar muy familiar para descansar y poder disfrutar de la ciudad

El departamento hermoso, la zona donde está ubicada también, súper segura y tranquila, lo único que agregaría sería un tender para colgar toallones cuando uno sale de bañarse, y agregar en la publicación fotos del futon hecho cama, y especificar que se forman dos camas de una plaza, lo demás excelente, los baños bárbaros, limpio, todo lo que necesitas lo tenes, lo recomiendo.

We spent a month here and had enough time to form a complete impression. Pros: - Great view (6th floor) - Safe neighborhood, with lots of cafés and small shops nearby - Private grill on the balcony - Comfortable bed - Heated floors - Washing machine - Good communications, Janu is a welcoming owner and speaks English well Cons: - It can get a bit noisy in the living room, especially if you open the window, since the apartment is located near a road. However, it is quiet in the bedroom, and the noise does not disturb sleep. - Appartment was a bit dusty when we moved in, my wife had to clean the floor so that we could walk around without shoes Overall, we had a very positive living experience.

My second time at the apartment and a perfect stay once again. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and comfy. Also, in a wonderful location between Palermo Soho and Hollywood. The hosts are lovely people who are very helpful and accommodating. Truly a 5/5 experience. Can't wait to stay here a third time!

Muy buen lugar para alojarse, además la ubicación es cerca a principales transportes y líneas que pueden llevarte hasta el otro extremo de la ciudad, me gustó mucho, además como está en un octavo piso tiene buena vista, los vecinos tranquilos pues no escuché ruido, el vecindario tiene avenidas principales que tienen cerca tiendas de comida, ropa, dulces, papelerías. Así que lo recomiendo 😊👍

el alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, cómodo para todos los que éramos (6) cerca de muy buenos puntos de la ciudad y Jorge fue muy atento, le falta algunos detalles de mantenimiento y limpieza pero de igual manera estuvo muy bien y acordé para mí familia . gracias Jorge por recibirnos
