“My stay in Alness was great, Eleanor is a lovely host, kind and warm hearted. The accommodation is everything you need, a cosy and well located. The town is only a 10 minute walk, there are also some very good walking and cycling routes too. A walk uptown the Fyish monument on a clear day is fantastic, you get a great appreciation of the Moraty and the beatiful surrounding countryside. I am looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Eleanor.”

“This is without doubt the best Airbnb we have stayed in. So much thought has gone into its creation and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay and more. The garden is lovely to sit in on a Summer evening. We'd love a Winter stay too to have time to sit by the fire and dip into the wealth of interesting books in the house. There is an excellent coffee shop nearby and a more zany one beside the little ferry. There is plenty of information in the house on the wealth of things to do in the area. We met the owner, Ann, who was also very helpful and friendly.”
