Timeless and magical place. The setting is relaxing and allows walks in the woods. The conservatory with its beautiful plants allows you to have breakfast in an atypical setting. The hosts are very kind and available, a real favorite both of the place and the people!

We had a good time in Dominique's accommodation, it is in excellent condition, impeccably clean, and very well designed preserving the privacy of each occupant and the decoration is pretty, it feels good. The proximity of the lake is a highlight. In addition, the hospitality and responsiveness of the people handling check-in and check-out is also noteworthy. Maybe we'll be back.

Very warm welcome. Malica was very attentive to us. The house is a little gem with decor that reflects Malica's artistic soul. Enclosed space ideal for our dog. In short, everything was perfect. 👍

Very relaxing one-night stay in this tastefully refurbished cottage (down to the pretty embroidery on the walls...). Extremely comfortable and cozy bedding. The pellet stove had been lit before our arrival and it was nice in the house. Absolute calm and very beautiful environment, to discover next time. Nice path to a pond (rather small lake) near the house.

Clean, well-equipped and pleasant home! The beds are very comfortable. The apartment is spacious, functional and you feel good there. Step on our vacation journey we were unable to enjoy the surroundings, but the environment is quiet and wild, we would have liked to take the backpack and go hiking! Thank you for the welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hiecke's place. The castle is very beautiful, well restored and maintained. The apartment is clear, carefully decorated and with a view of the beautiful environment. Everything is done to make sure the people who come for a stay are fine and find everything they need. The rooms are large and beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Hiecke is welcoming and always ready to be of service. We had a great time.

We are completely satisfied with our stay, the accommodation corresponds in every way to the description, functional, clean, coquettish and ideally located by the lake. Joëlle welcomed us very well and we can see that she takes care of her hosts.

the sheep was nice and the woods were quiet. the only small negative would be the bathroom which does not consist of a handwasher. I thought the little waterfall was great

The garden, meanwhile, was our cocoon of greenery, a real little slice of heaven where time seemed suspended. We were touched by the kindness of the whole family: your attentions, your smiles, the warmth of your welcome… and of course, we fell in love with Tempête, who conquered our hearts in the blink of an eye 🐾 Thank you for this enchanted break, for the laughter, calm and authenticity that your place inspires. We had a wonderful week in Collette and Patrick’s gite exploring the Limousin and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of the chateau. With two young children we enjoyed days exploring the grounds, enjoying the pool and the children loved playing outside. The gite was extremely well equipped and we also had use of a bbq which was fabulous. We enjoyed sitting under the stars with a glass of wine once the children had gone to bed watching the bats&enjoying the peaceful location. We chose to join the Table d’Hote one evening where Collette cooked a delicious meal and our children loved being part of the ‘petite gourmet’ early evening meal-the food for both was fabulous and incredibly reasonable. We would not hesitate to return to Chateau de Ribagnac in the future and thought Collette and Patrick were quietly kind and helpful providing advice but not imposing on our holiday. Many thanks to them both.

Emily was a great host and the house is rather fine. As said in some of the comments here however, we could hope for better equipment, especially in terms of bedding and kitchens.

Loved it, will be back.

It was very, very nice! So much space, lots of storage space. Everything is super clean and new. 10 m behind the house begins a beautiful forest, in 5 minutes you can walk through the forest on the lake shore, in about 15 minutes on the beach with a snack bar and sometimes concerts. For excursions you need a car, but this is the case everywhere in the region and not a disadvantage. .. Thank you, we will be back!
