On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining kitchen with wood stove, intimate living room with sofas, TV, fireplace. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Spacious, and equipped with every comfort. Garden with privacy and BBQ. Ample parking space. No groups of young people, parties allowed. Cash to be paid per person per night, 1.50 euro tourist tax to be paid on departure.

Het guesthouse is voorzien van een eigen badkamer (wastafel, douche, toilet) en een eigen keuken (koelkast, Nespresso koffieautomaat, waterkoker, magnetron en een tweepits elektrische kookplaat). Naast een comfortabel bed (1.40m) is er een eetkamertafel en een zithoek met grote hoekbank. Via de tuindeuren heb je toegang tot het terras en de tuin. Let op: de tuin waarin ons guesthouse staat, deel je met ons als bewoners. Parkeren kan op onze oprit, inclusief laadfaciliteiten voor elektrische auto

Our charming guest house in Sterksel is located in the back of our yard, in the middle of the Brabant countryside. A wonderful place where you can relax, enjoy peace and space, and your dog or horse can (in consultation) join you. The cottage offers plenty of privacy with two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a cozy shared kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Nespresso machine, pans, crockery, cutlery, microwave oven and refrigerator. The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit, trampoline and BBQ.

Very complete kitchen where you can sit with up to 12 people. In an outbuilding is the (free) wellness with sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi. Rural location in the village center of Leenderstrijp. Shop and cafe 150 meters away, nature reserve 250 meters away. Eindhoven Valkenswaard and Weert can be reached within 15 minutes by car.
